Abstract

1.- Un dispositivo para estabilización rotacional de segmentos óseos, que comprende:un tornillo goloso óseo que tiene un extremo para acople óseo, un distal y un perfil transversal acuñado; el extremo para acople óseo se configura para acoplar un primer segmento óseo;una placa ósea que tiene una porción plana para encajar un segundo segmento óseo y una porción cilíndrica que tiene un agujero interno para recibir en forma corrediza el tornillo goloso; yun collar de inmovilización que tiene un extremo proximal, un extremo distal, un perfil interno acuñado y una porción deformable en el extremo distal:en donde el perfil interno acuñado casa con el perfil transversal acuñado del tornillo goloso para que se encaje rotacionalmente al collar de inmovilización y el tornillo goloso cuando el tornillo goloso es insertado a través del collar de inmovilización, y la porción deformable está configurada y dimensionada para (1) rotación libre, en una primera posición, dentro del agujero interno de la porción cilíndrica de la placa ósea, y (2) encaje friccional, en una segunda posición, del agujero interno de la porción cilíndrica de la placa ósea con el fin de resistir o impedir rotación del collar con respecto a la placa ósea, resistiendo o previniendo de este modo la rotación del tornillo goloso con respecto a la placa ósea.20.- Un dispositivo para la estabilización de segmentos óseos, que comprende:un tornillo goloso para hueso que tiene un extremo de acople óseo, un extremo distal y un perfil transversal acuñado; el extremo de acople óseo está configurado para encajarse con un primer segmento óseo;una placa ósea que tiene una porción plana para encajarse con un segundo segmento óseo y una porción cilíndrica que tiene un agujero interno para recibir en forma corrediza el tornillo goloso; y ...
