Abstract
Un proceso para la transformación en frío de sólidosurbanos de desechos (USR) y/o lodos en materiales inertes, comprende las etapas de : - alimentar el USR y/o el lodo desde las líneas de alimentación respectivas;- introducir los materiales dentro de un micronizador para poder reducir la granulometría y para recuperar el agua contenida allí;- agregar CaO en una cantidad entre 5 a 10% en peso del componente principal;- agregar CaO3 en una cantidad entre 5 a 10% en peso del componente principal;- agregar un aditivo polimérico nen una cantidad entre 3 y 10% en peso del componente principal;- transportar el producto a la etapa de formado y de almacenamiento.Una planta para la realización de un proceso de acuerdo con una o más de las reivindicaciónes precedentes que comprende, en totalidad o en combinación parcial:- al menos uno, preferentemente dos sumideros de concreto para descargar USR (Desechos Sólidos Urbanos) y lodo, respectivamente;- al menos uno, preferiblemente dos grúas deviaje principales provistas con un tenedor para cargar una banda transportadora provista con un tanque adecuado;- una primera banda transportadora horizontal provista con un tanque de carga para alimentar un triturador,- un dispositivo de desferrización con un compresor mecánico de material de desecho por encima de dicha primera banda transportadora;- un triturador principal de material grueso con martillos de corte; ...
