Abstract

Un barreno sustituto de tubo compuesto caracterizado porque comprende múltiples capas de fibras impregnadas con ligante de un primer tipo y un segundo tipo donde las capas del primer tipo están intercaladas con capas del segundo tipo y la columna de perforación de tubo compuesto está adaptada para ser utilizada con una herramienta de perfilaje. 3Un método para formar un tubo compuesto con accesorios de fondo integrales que comprende los siguientes pasos: a. bobinar un tubo interno básico de una fibra saturada con ligante en un mandril de acero; b. curar el ligante para formar un tubo curado;c. extraer el mandril del tubo curado; d. cortar el tubo curado a lo largo para formar un tubo básico; e. colocar un mandril de alimentación dentro del tubo básico y asentar accesorios de fondo dentro del tubo básico sobre el mandril de alineación; f. bobinar capas exteriores de fibra saturada con ligante sobre el tubo básico y los accesorios de fondo para formar un tubo compuesto con los accesorios de fondo.
