Abstract

Una red de telecomunicaciones para habilitar la reventa deservicios locales, caracterizada porque comprende: un sistema de conmutación distribuido, propiedad de una empresa de interconexión local titular, y que tiene una plataforma de computo de control de llamadas acoplada a un enlace digital, el enlace digital se acopla a múltiples abonados al servicio telefónico de la empresa de interconexión local titular así como también a abonados al servicio telefónico de una empresa de interconexión local competidora; un conmutador local, propiedad de una empresa de interconexión local titular, acoplado al enlace digital; y por lo menos un punto de control del servicio, propiedad de la empresa de interconexión local titular, acoplado a la plataforma de computo de control de llamadas y al conmutador local, el por lo menos un punto de control del servicio contiene las definiciones del servicio y la lógica de los servicios soportados por la empresa de interconexión local titular y las definiciones del servicio y la lógica de los servicios soportados por la empresa de interconexión local competidora.
