Abstract

Proceso para la inmovilización de una enzima,caracterizado en cuanto que comprende las etapas de: a. selección de una enzima anfifílica para inmovilización, b. preparación de una emulsión que comprende una fase continua hidrofóbica y una fase acuosa dispersa, fase acuosa en la cual se disuelve la enzima y un material apropiado que actúa como portador de la enzima en el momento en que se lleve a cabo el siguiente paso del proceso, c. remoción del agua de la fase dispersa hasta que dicha fase se convierta en partículas sólidas revestidas con la enzima, proceso también caracterizado en cuanto que la fase acuosa adicionalmente contiene material no disuelto.
