Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos, sistemas, aparatos y productos de programa de computadora para alterar el comportamiento de un asistente personal electrónico (106) con base en una situación asociada con un dispositivo (300) móvil. Una situación se detecta con una pluralidad de sensores (102A-102C) para generar datos (110Aª-HOC) del sensor. Un marcador de situación se calcula con base en los datos del sensor. El comportamiento del asistente personal electrónico (106) se altera con base en el marcador de situación calculado. En un aspecto, la situación es una situación de conducción, en donde el conductor conduce un vehículo en el camino. En tal caso, el marcador de situación de conducción se calcula con base en los datos del sensor, y el comportamiento del asistente personal electrónico se altera con base en el marcador de situación de conducción calculado, tal como al suspender las interacciones por el asistente personal electrónico (106) con el conductor para evitar que el conductor se distraiga. Un usuario puede, opcionalmente, proporcionar una petición (108) al asistente personal electrónico (106) en forma verbal. La petición (108) también es recibida por un monitor (302) de situación de conducción a través del asistente personal electrónico (106) o es recibida directamente desde el usuario. Bajo circunstancias normales, el asistente personal electrónico (106) puede responder en forma verbal a la petición (108) con una respuesta (114). El marcador (112) de situación, puede provocar que el asistente personal electrónico (106) cambie su comportamiento. En tal caso, el asistente personal electrónico (106) puede suspender la respuesta (114) (u otra interacción) al no hablar con el usuario, y/o puede alterar su comportamiento en otra forma. La respuesta (114) de suspender puede perdurar por lo menos hasta que el monitor (302) de situación de conducción determine que el asistente personal electrónico (106) puede reanudar las interacciones normales.
