Abstract
Se divulga un método de fabricación de papel que comprende: tratar material de relleno con un almidón y un floculante para formar un flóculo de material de relleno; combinar el flóculo de material de relleno con la pasta de fibra de celulosa; y formar una estera de papel a partir de la combinación de flóculo de material de relleno y pasta de fibra de celulosa. Se ha descubierto que el método resulta en tamaños de partículas más grandes para los flóculos de material de relleno, una mejor estabilidad al cizallamiento, y una mejor resistencia de la hoja en la estera de papel.
