Abstract
Se proporcionan procesos y sistemas para eliminar nitrógeno de un gas que contiene hidrocarburos para recuperar de esa manera una corriente de gas natural líquido (LNG, por sus siglas en inglés). En particular, los procesos y sistemas descritos en la presente pueden usarse para separar eficientemente metano del nitrógeno, el cual es un subproducto no deseado encontrado en muchos gases que contienen hidrocarburos utilizados para producir LNG. Los procesos y sistemas descritos en la presente pueden utilizar varios sistemas de refrigerante para separar y producir el LNG.
