The applicant consults the information about vehicles running on roads such as automobiles, tractors, trailers and the like at home and abroad. There is no description and application example of the technology when observing domestic and imported vehicles.
When various existing vehicles turn on a road, the vehicle body is far away from the center side of the turning radius (hereinafter referred to as the outer side), the stress on the outer side is far larger than that on the inner side due to the action of centrifugal force, and the gravity moves outwards to cause the vehicle body to incline outwards. If the speed of the vehicle is fast, the vehicle is easy to overturn.
The object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide a new solution for the manufacture of road going vehicles equipped with an automatic body anti-tilting device. The automatic vehicle body anti-tilting device can automatically lift or slightly lower the outer part of the vehicle body when the vehicle turns during running. Meanwhile, the inner part of the vehicle body is automatically lowered, so that the gravity center of the vehicle moves to the turning radius center, the vehicle body has a horizontal component force-centripetal force of gravity, and the vehicle turns more easily. The vehicle turning device can avoid the rollover accident caused by outward movement of the gravity center when the vehicle turns, ensure the transportation safety of passengers and goods, increase the speed when the vehicle turns, save fuel and improve the transportation efficiency.
According to the invention, when the existing vehicle turns during running, the vehicle body is under the action of centrifugal force, the stress on the outer side of the vehicle body is far greater than that on the inner side of the vehicle body, and the vehicle spring is pressed down to enable the vehicle body to incline outwards, so that the gravity center of the vehicle moves outwards. The outer side of the vehicle body is reasonably stressed by far more than the force on the inner side of the vehicle body, the outer side is prevented from descending through hydraulic oil, pressure is transmitted to an upper cavity of a hydraulic cylinder on the inner side of the vehicle body, the inner side of the vehicle body is enabled to descend greatly, the center of gravity of the whole vehicle moves downwards, and the vehicle moves towards the turning center. This method does not use external power. If the hydraulic pump is installed, when the vehicle turns, high-pressure oil is pumped into the lower cavity of the oil cylinder on the outer side of the vehicle body to lift the vehicle body on the outer side, and meanwhile, the high-pressure oil is pressed into the upper cavity of the oil cylinder on the inner side of the vehicle body to reduce the vehicle body on the inner side, so that the effect is better.
There are various ways of implementation. Referring to the unpowered (no hydraulic pump) version of the invention, the piston rods 2, 4, … … of a differential cylinder 1, 3 … … are fixed to the axle housing (see fig. 1) near each wheel of the vehicle. The oil pipes connected with the upper cavity and the lower cavity of the differential cylinder body are connected to a three-position four-way valve 5. The three-position four-way valve 5 is horizontally arranged. The control rod of the valve body is positioned in the middle of the valve body by a left spring and a right spring respectively, and the upper cavity and the lower cavity of each differential cylinder body are communicated with a three-position four-way valve and are connected with an energy storage oil tank with low pressure. The hydraulic oil is in a low-pressure state, and the hydraulic oil is suitable for the straight movement of the vehicle body. The differential cylinder participates in vehicle damping. An adjustable weight 6 is further mounted on a control rod of the three-position four-way valve 5, when the vehicle turns at a certain speed, the control rod deflects to the outer side of the vehicle body under the action of centrifugal force of the weight 6, at the moment, the three-position four-way valve 5 is located in a lower cavity of the oil cylinder 3 and is only connected with an upper cavity of the oil cylinder 1, and the upper cavity of the oil cylinder 3 and the lower cavity of the oil cylinder 1 are connected with an energy storage oil. Because the outer side of the vehicle is stressed greatly when the vehicle turns, the piston rod 4 connected with the vehicle body presses the oil in the lower cavity of the oil cylinder 3, and the oil flows to the upper cavity of the oil cylinder 1 from the lower cavity of the oil cylinder 3. The piston of the oil cylinder 1 descends, and the inner side of the vehicle body is driven to descend by the piston rod 2. Thus, the outer side of the vehicle body is hindered from descending, the inner side of the vehicle body descends more, and the purpose of automatic reverse inclination is achieved. The valve body control rod is pulled back to the neutral position by the spring when the vehicle is moving straight. The upper cavity and the lower cavity of the oil cylinder are both connected with an energy storage oil tank. The reverse turning is the same and will not be described.
The scheme of installing the high-pressure hydraulic pump is as follows: when the three-position four-way valve is in the middle position, the high-pressure self-forming circulating system. The upper cavity and the lower cavity of each oil cylinder are under the same pressure. When the vehicle turns, the control rod of the three-position four-way valve deflects to the outer side, and at the moment, the high-pressure hydraulic pump is communicated with the lower cavity of the oil cylinder on the outer side of the vehicle body, so that the piston on the outer side moves upwards to lift the outer side of the vehicle body, and meanwhile, the upper cavity of the oil cylinder on the inner side of the vehicle body is also communicated, so that the piston is pressed. This scheme is better than the unpowered scheme. The three-position four-way valve can be controlled by a heavy hammer centrifugal type, a pilot hydraulic (utilizing the pressure difference of two side oil cylinders) mode and signal interlocking of a speed machine, a direction machine and the like. An electromagnetic oil hydraulic pump can be used, and power is from an engine or electric power.
The device can be used for each shaft of the vehicle independently, and can also be used for multiple shafts in parallel.
The faster the vehicle speed, the smaller the turning radius, and the greater the inward shift of the center of gravity of the vehicle.
The unpowered scheme is suitable for vehicles such as trailers and trucks, and the scheme of mounting the high-pressure hydraulic pump is suitable for high-grade vehicles such as cars, buses and cranes.
The automatic vehicle body reverse-tilting device can keep higher speed when the vehicle turns, save fuel and improve the transportation efficiency. Can generate a centripetal force when the vehicle turns. The vehicle turns easily, the vehicle is prevented or reduced from turning over when turning, passengers can feel comfortable, and the safety of goods transportation is ensured.
