Abstract
发明涉及电信装置连接器触排。触排包括一塑料套壳,至少一组安装在用以连接缆线,尤其是引入缆线的连接孔内的连接接触器,并有一组安装在插座内用以连接过压抑制器的接点元件。
为了能在连接器触排完全通电并受过压抑制器保护情况下塞入检测插头,在塑料套壳中装有另一组嵌有连接检测插头的接点元件的插座,检测插头的插座被安装在各组连接接触器上两个相邻的调节孔之间。因此,便可在连接器触排完全通电并受过压抑制器保护情况下将检测插头塞进插入插座。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于电信装置的连接器触排。
这样一种连接器触排可从DE 15 369专利申请文件中得知。其中所述连接器触排有两组构成槽形孔的调节孔,可安放作剖线/固定接触器之用的连接接触器,并有一系列插座装于其间,插座中嵌有与连接接触器导通的接点元件。所述插座可用于容纳过压抑制器的插头。为了测量全通电的(Completely wifed)连接器触排,只有从插座中拔掉过压抑制器盒,才能将检测插头插入插座。因此,这种现有的连接器触排有一缺点,即对完全通电的连接器触排的检测只有在无过压保护装置的情况下进行。还有一个缺点是,加上了过压抑制器盒之后,连接器触排的高度会大大增加,所以,在将连接器触排安置在一个套壳里时,往往要求有更大的空间,例如,可能需要安一个端子板。
此外,还有一种见于专利申请文件DE 33 06 263的电信装置连接器触排。在这种触排的两组安放电缆线连接接触器的连接孔之间,有一个朝上方开的孔可用来安放过压抑制器盒。这样一来,安有插入式过压抑制器盒的连接器触排的设计高度倒的确是大大缩短了,但要检测全通电的连接器触排,却仍然只有在拔掉过压抑制器之后才能进行。
从更老一些的、未预公布的DE 36 14 452专利申请文件中,还可看到另一种连接器触排。这种触排的输入缆线与装在塑料套壳内各槽孔中的剖线/固定接触器固定地连接在一起;输出缆线则与剖线/固定插头接触器相连接,接触器可塞入塑料套壳中的插头孔处,其插头则可插入安在插头孔底部的插座里。用以插入输出缆线插头的插头孔底部的插座,也可用来插入检测插头,而为了插入检测插头,首先需要将输出缆线插头从连接器触排上拔掉。使用这种连接器触排,也不能在全通电情况下进行检测,尽管在塑料套壳内构成了可容纳过压抑制器的孔,而且是通过接点元件与电缆线连接接触器相导通的。
本发明着眼于这样一个目标:提供一种类似上述产品的连接器触排,这种触排可使人们将双线检测插头塞入插座,并使所连接的输入和输出缆线同时受到过压抑制器的保护,而且连接器触排体积尽可能小。
这一目标的实现是因为本发明具有下面将要叙述到的各种特征的缘故。在根据本发明制作的连接器触排中,过压抑制器与安装在插孔中的第一组接点元件相连接。另外,在塑料套壳中供安装过压抑制器所需的空间之外,至少另外还有一组装有接点元件、用以连接检测插头的插座。这些额外的插座即可在直接邻近插入有关插座的过压抑制器处进行连接,也可在两个相邻的、用以安放电缆线(尤其是引入缆线)连接接触器的连接孔之间,以一种特别合用的方式进行连接。根据本发明制作的连接器触排,不仅可以为了检测的目的而在同时完全接上输入和输出电缆线的情况下塞入检测插头,而且还可通过过压抑制器而使电缆线同时受到保护。
为此目的,过压抑制器可安置在一个其插头插在安有接点元件的插座组中的过压抑制器盒内。另外,本发明还进一步如此设置:塑料套壳本身中有安放过压抑制器的调节孔,调节孔通过相通连的接点元件与有关连接接触器相连接。在上述两种情况下,都无须为了进行电测试而从塑料套壳内取走过压抑制器,也无须将电缆线从连接接触器,尤其是剖线/固定接触器中拔出。这样一来,连接器触排便可以在受到过压抑制器保护的情况下接上输入和输出电缆线进行检测了。
根据本发明的全部特征,可以实现一些颇有特点的实施例。
下面根据附有图示的电信系统连接器触排的一个实施例,较详细地对本发明作一叙述。

连接器触排有一塑料底盘1,并有上、下套壳18和17。这些部分通过上套壳18上的插销孔29和下套壳17上的销钩28而彼此扣合。上套壳18上有两排(2、3)向上开口、并由壁板20隔开的槽孔19。
在沿连接器触排纵向边安放的两个槽孔19之间,有两排(11、12)方形调节孔6,可用以安放过压抑制器5。在两个相邻的槽孔19的壁板20上,安有插座13,其内部形状正好与检测插头9的插入部分30相匹配。
在两排(2、3)槽孔的各个槽孔19中,安置有弹簧型的、由导电金属材料制成的剖线/固定接触器4。剖线/固定接触器4中有一接触槽21,它与一个“U”形跨槽22相交,在相交的上方,接触槽21要宽一些,其下面部分则要窄一些。
在各个剖线/固定接触器4的各个接触槽21中,可连接一条细标准电缆15和一条粗引入电缆14。
如图3和图4所示,呈齿冠形接触器的插头10通过一延伸件23而与各剖线/固定接触器4固定连接,齿冠形接触器10的齿24则向上露出而与相连的调节孔6连通。
另外,在各个剖线/固定接触器4的构成接触槽21的两条引退31、32的上端外部,都有一弯曲的拾波接触器8,从上套壳上槽孔19延伸出去,而在槽孔19中塞入的剖线/固定接触器4与缆线轴成45°角,并使拾波接触器8插入安在壁板20中的插座13之内。
在安放过压抑制器5的调节孔6的上方,有一金属的通地轨条16,轨条16在塑料套壳1的正面一头与一旋转装置25相连,在塑料套壳1的正面的另一头通过一个活动扣锁装置26与塑料套壳扣合。因此,被塞入调节孔6中的过压抑制器5便可通过齿冠接触器10从下面接通,并可通过通地轨条16从上面接通。
通地轨条16是与连接器触排的通地端子27互相导电通连的。在过压情况下,流经电缆线14、15的过压电流便可通过过压抑制器5经剖线/固定接触器4和齿冠接触器10流过通地轨条16并通至通地端子27。
在有过压抑制器5保护的连接器触排中,可将检测插头9塞入相应插座13对电缆线14、15进行电检测,而使双缆线14、15的两个剖线/固定接触器的连接得以实现。
Claims (7)
1、电信装置连接器触排有一塑料套壳,并至少有一组连接接触器供连接安置在连接孔中的电缆线,尤其是引入缆线之用,而且有一系列接点元件嵌在插座中用于连接过压抑制器,其特征为在塑料套壳(1)中需用来装过压抑制器(5)的位置之外,有另外一组装有接点元件(8)的插座(13)供插入检测插头(9)之用。
2、根据权利要求1的连接器触排的特征为,用于插入检测插头(9)的插座(13)被安排在各组(2、3)连接接触器(4)每两个相邻的调节孔(19)之间。
3、根据权利要求1或2的连接器触排的特征为,两个相邻连接接触器(4)的每一个上的拾波接触器(8)都插入连接检测插头(9)的插座(13)。
4、根据权利要求1至3中任何一项的电信装置连接器触排之特征为,过压抑制器(5)的插座由模压在塑料套壳(1)上的调节孔(6)形成,并备有连接过压抑制器(5)的接点元件(10)。
5、根据权利要求1至4中任何一项的连接器触排,其特征为,用以安放过压抑制器(5)的调节孔(6)嵌在两组(2、3)安在塑料套壳(1)中的连接孔(19)之间,用以安放连接元件(4)。
6、根据权利要求1至5的连接器触排,其特征为,安在调节孔(6)中用以连接过压抑制器(5)的接点元件(10)为弹簧式元件。
7、根据权利要求1至6中任何一项的连接器触排,其特征为,用以安放过压抑制器(5)的调节孔(6)与一可与塑料套壳(1)扣合上的通地轨条(16)相连通。
