Furniture joint coupling
The present invention relates to a coupling part for furniture, which is used for plates, plates and single bodies. And the joint of the single body and the single body furniture, belonging to the furniture manufacture.
The furniture is a necessity of people's life and is an artistic ornament. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standard, the requirements on the functions, styles and surface treatment of furniture are higher and higher. The traditional furniture is a single piece with a frame-type mortise structure, and the body and the joint part of the furniture part are a whole made of the same material. The joint of the parts is maintained by the tenon holding force formed by mutual extrusion of the tenon and the mortise on the part body, and the parts are also jointed by using a nail, a screw and an adhesive method. The single pieces of furniture joined by the above method have the following drawbacks:
1. because the tenon and the mortise are respectively processed on the parts, the integral strength of the material is reduced.
2. The components of the mortise structure are difficult to repair once the tenon or mortise is damaged.
3. Once the parts are jointed, the disassembly and the assembly are inconvenient, and if the parts need to be disassembled, the parts are easy to damage.
4. The parts are complex to process, labor and material are wasted, industrial production is not easy to carry out, the production efficiency is low, and the interchangeability is poor.
5. The single piece furniture with the frame type mortise structure occupies a large space.
Compared with the traditional furniture, the plate-type furniture adopts the detachable plate-type structure, the production process can be reduced by more than 50%, and the production efficiency can be improved by 45%. The plate type combined furniture has novel and simple structure, is rich in time sense and material saving, has flexible and changeable combination forms and can be used for the mechanized production of modular standard plates. Therefore, the panel type combined furniture represents the development trend of modern furniture internationally and is the development direction of furniture in China. However, the traditional joint method is still adopted for the plate-type combined furniture, the problem of inconvenient disassembly, assembly and transportation is not solved, and meanwhile, the existing combined furniture is generally purchased in a set, is expensive and exceeds the economic bearing capacity of common families. U.S. Pat. No. 4,344,344 (U.S. Pat. No. 4,344) is hinged, and can be folded, but is troublesome to assemble and disassemble.
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a coupling assembly for firmly coupling furniture parts, which is easy to assemble and disassemble, simple to manufacture, and easy to mechanically produce, so as to update the conventional mortise coupling, nail and screw coupling.
The present invention achieves the above objects by a coupling member which is independent of the components to be coupled. The joint couple part is composed of a joint male part and a joint female part, the male part and the female part are respectively fixedly connected with respective parts, then the parts fixedly connected with the male part are inserted into corresponding joint grooves of the parts fixedly connected with the female part from one end, or the two female parts are respectively fixedly connected with respective parts, the male part is not directly fixedly connected with the parts, and the male part is inserted into the corresponding joint grooves of the two female parts from one end. The parts are brought into engagement.
The structural shape features and the joining method of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

Fig. 1A and 1B are assembly diagrams of coupling parts, which are mainly composed of a coupling male part (2) and a coupling female part (3), and the parts or plates (1) and the coupling male part (2) are shown in fig. 1A. The fixing method can adopt nails, screws or viscose glue. In the same way, the joint female part (3) is fixedly connected with the part or the plate (4), when the parts (1) and (4) are jointed, the male part (2) is fixedly connected on the part (or the plate) (1), the male part (2) is provided with a trapezoidal flange, and the joint female part (3) is provided with a corresponding trapezoidal joint groove. The flange of the male part (2) is inserted into the joint groove of the female part (3) from one end, so that the joint of two parts or plates is realized. The joint of two parts or plates can also be realized according to the mode shown in fig. 1B, namely, the two parts are fixedly connected with the joint female part respectively, the male part becomes an independent part, the shape of the male part (2) is the butt joint of the upper bottoms of the two trapezoids, and the joint of the two parts can be realized only by inserting the joint male part (2) into the joint grooves of the two corresponding female parts from one end. Because the jointing coupling part is made by machining, the matching surface can reach the precision of 0.1 mm. To make the joint secure. The longitudinal male part and the longitudinal female part of the joint surface are both processed with a certain inclination. A stop screw can be further added on the longitudinal end surface of the joint coupling. The two sides of the joint coupling part can be embedded with decorative color strips or patterns according to requirements.
The coupling parts can be made of metal or non-metal material, and can be made into profiles in advance by adopting casting or cutting processing. The jointing coupling parts can be serialized according to the requirements of furniture parts or module standard plates, and the size of the jointing coupling parts is selected according to the standard model specification, so that the industrial production is realized.
When the jointed parts need to move mutually, such as a clapboard, a push plate and the like, a jointing couple part with a rectangular and T-shaped groove structure can be adopted as shown in figures 2 and 3.
Fig. 4 is a top and cross sectional view of the coupling female member having a trapezoidal groove structure. The shape is a long scheme, one side of the joint surface is processed with a trapezoidal joint groove, and a plurality of screw holes are longitudinally drilled at the bottom of the groove for fixedly connecting a joint female part with a part or a plate. The other side of the engagement surface may be machined to be flat. Angle iron shape or jaw.
Fig. 5 is a top and cross-sectional view of the engagement male. One side of the joint surface is made into a trapezoidal flange, and the other side of the joint surface can be processed into a plane or a jaw. The engaging male member may also be machined in cross-section as shown in fig. 1B, where the male member becomes a separate part. When the parts or panels are to be joined, the joint can be inserted from the end face and if it is desired to prevent longitudinal movement, a stop means such as a screw can be added to the joint end face.
If there are multiple components or multiple pieces intersecting at right angles, the mating female members shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8 may be used. To reduce the weight of the coupling female member, lightening holes may or may not be provided in the three coupling female members.
When a plurality of parts or plates are jointed in a non-orthogonal way, the cross section structure shape of the joint female part can be designed into a polygon or a cylinder, a plurality of trapezoid or rectangular grooves are radially processed, and the corresponding joint male part only needs the shape of the flange to be matched with the groove shape of the female part.
Fig. 9 is a perspective view of a panel-type composite furniture, in which joint female members (5) and (8) are respectively fitted with joint male members (6) and (7) to form side panels and a top panel of a storage cabinet (9), the composite furniture is composed of the storage cabinet (9), a food cabinet (10), a display shelf (11), a writing case (12) and a wardrobe (13). According to the needs and economic conditions of users, the position of a placing space and personal interests, the combined furniture can be purchased at one time or in different periods, is flexible and convenient to combine, is easy to transport and disassemble, and accords with the development trend of furniture.
The invention can save wood by more than 5 percent through model tests, can be used for not only new manufacture of furniture, but also reconstruction of old furniture, and when the housing conditions are limited, the furniture manufactured by the jointing coupling parts occupies smaller storage space after being disassembled.
