Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种仿型收割台，其特点是该收割台将水平台体与架体制成两体，两体之间用活节连接器及弹性物体连接，使它适应低茬仿型收割要求。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种能够按作物垄台高低进行仿型收割的收割机械的收割台。
大豆等农作物收割，要求割茬要低，但由于作物垄台往往高低不平，至使机械收割经常出现割茬过高，留落豆角，造成损失。或是切割器经常抢土增加机械磨损。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种改进的农作物低茬仿型收割台，它能使切割器按作物垄台高低进行仿型收割，既不落角，又不抢土。
以下结合附图对该实用新型的实现作详细描述。
图1是本实用新型结构侧视示意图。
图2是本实用新型结构正视示意图。
参照附图，将收割台体〔4(6)〕制成两体，用活节连接器〔5〕及富有弹性的物体〔7〕将水平台体〔4〕与架体〔6〕连接，再将弹性物体〔7〕的拉力调整适度，既保持仿型器〔2〕与垄台〔3〕之间的压力在0.5～5公斤范围内。该割台便可使切割器〔1〕随垄台〔3〕的高低进行仿型切割。本活节连接器是指球体连接机构，轴套连接机构等。本富有弹性的物体是指弹簧、胶皮等。
Claims (2)
1、一种仿型收割台，其特征在于，收割台体分为水平台体〔4〕和架体〔6〕两部分，两体之间用活节连接器〔5〕及弹性物体〔7〕连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的收割台，其特征在于，调节弹性物体〔7〕的拉力，使其割合的工作压力保持在0.5～5公斤范围内。
