Domestic gas main switch locking device
The invention relates to a household article for daily use, light industrial products, in particular to a device for safely using gas, which can be used for a household gas main switch and switches of the same type on other pipelines, is locked when the switch is closed, and can be locked when necessary for household gas to prevent random opening, waste or safety accidents. It is necessary for families with naughty children or burnt old people. In a public kitchen, disputes and misunderstandings of neighbors on using the gas can be avoided, and the gas can be locked when the whole family leaves home for a long time, so that the safety is ensured. The device can be used for locking a main switch on public tap water, sand filtration equipment in public places and public gas in hospitals to realize timed opening and timed closing, so that the device has wide application.
The device is not required to be installed, any modification or processing of the original switch or pipeline is not required, certain errors are allowed to exist in parts and assembly of the original switch, and effective use of the device is not affected, so that the device can be sold as a commodity.
In order to facilitate the manufacture and reduce the cost, the device is designed into a single part, and each part of the part is as follows: as shown in figure one (a), a [ 2 ] slot. As shown in fig. one (b), the opening slot [ 1 ], the locking hole [ 3 ], is a through hole passing through the wall of the second layer, and the imaginary position line of the switch wrench [ 4 ].
The use method and the locking principle are as follows: and closing the switch to enable the switch wrench to be perpendicular to the central line of the pipeline. The device is sleeved, so that the upper edge of the switch wrench is contacted with the upper wall of the inner cavity of the device, and the lock ring of the padlock is inserted into the lock hole to be locked. The opening groove (1) is forked on the pipeline of the switch fixing piece, so that the device cannot rotate. The switch wrench is sleeved in the slot (2) and can not rotate, and the switch can not be opened. If the device needs to be taken down, the lower edge of the switch wrench is blocked by the lock ring which penetrates into the lock hole of the device because the lock hole (3) is obliquely arranged below one side of the switch wrench (4). Thus, the padlock must be opened and the shackle removed to remove the device from the switch before the switch can be opened. The design of the device is carefully considered in terms of shape, use, stiffness and processing.
The material of the device can be metal sheet such as low carbon steel sheet or plastic. Different moulds, machines and processing methods are adopted according to different materials, but the equipment is simple, and the method is suitable for factory production of various scales.
The device has various designs such as a first drawing, a second drawing, a third drawing and the like, has the same size and principle, and can select one of the materials and processing methods according to different materials.
