Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种集装箱地板，旨在提供一种强度和耐磨性好，减少热胀冷缩现象、板重较轻的集装箱地板。该地板由上层、下层和夹心层构成，夹心层设置于上层和下层之间，上层、下层和夹心层均采用塑料材质。本实用新型尤其适用于国际贸易运输。

本实用新型涉及一种地板，尤其是涉及一种用于集装箱底部装置的地板。
背景技术
集装箱底部结构为拼装铺设在底横梁上的具有一定厚度的地板，对地板的强度、厚度、质量等物理条件不同的集装箱生产者有不同的标准。
现有集装箱地板一般由原木或胶合板制成，但这些原木、竹木结合或改良胶合地板仍然涉及木质材料，缺点是其工艺生产较为繁杂，需要消耗木材并造成大量的污染。一般集装箱地板由数块木地板拼装而成，当有货物推入箱内时，地板拼接处有时会夹住货物，或时有异物落入地板缝隙，不易清理。且装有木质地板的集装箱出口时要实施检验检疫，造成不必要的麻烦。中国国际海运集装箱(集团)股份有限公司申请的02227395.6集装箱地板，由钢地板与非金属材料填充物组合而成，其优点是节约木材，保护生态环境，缺点是目前钢铁等金属价格高涨导致钢地板成本高，材料分量重，热胀冷缩现象较为严重。现有的集装箱地板中有的是空心结构，在国际贸易中容易藏匿毒品等危险物品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种强度和耐磨性好，能有效减少热胀冷缩现象、板重较轻的非空心的塑料材质的集装箱地板。本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种集装箱地板，其特征在于，该地板由上层、下层和夹心层构成，夹心层设置于上层和下层之间，上层、下层和夹心层均采用塑料材质。
本实用新型中，所述上层和夹心层之间至少还有一层上层。所述下层和夹心层之间至少还有一层下层。
由于采取上述技术方案，本实用新型具有这样的有益效果：由于没有空心结构，有效避免了在国际贸易中空心结构的集装箱地板容易藏匿危险品(如毒品等)，因此，这样结构的地板尤其适用于国际贸易运输。

附图是本实用新型实施例的立体图。该实施例中，上层1和下层2均为一层，上层1和下层2之间为夹心层3。在上层1和夹心层3之间至少可以再设置一层上层。同样的，在下层2和夹心层3之间至少可以再设置一层下层。上层1和下层2选用耐磨性好强度高的塑料材料，夹心层3选用强度高，密度较小的塑料材料，这样可以有效增强地板的强度，减轻地板的重量，并且可以防止由于热胀冷缩引起的地板变形。

1、一种集装箱地板，其特征在于，该地板由上层、下层和夹心层构成，夹心层设置于上层和下层之间，上层、下层和夹心层均采用塑料材质。
2、根据权利要求1所述的集装箱地板，其特征在于，所述上层和夹心层之间至少还有一层上层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的集装箱地板，其特征在于，所述下层和夹心层之间至少还有一层下层。
