Abstract
一种搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统,包含一根驱动轴,一根搅拌头主轴,和一个快夹装置,其中快夹装置包含一个夹持件和一个锁定件,夹持件包含一个用于接纳搅拌头主轴的腔体,夹持件还包含至少一个沿搅拌头主轴方向延伸的斜面,锁定件作用于所述斜面和搅拌头主轴之间,对搅拌头主轴实现轴向的锁定,该系统还包含一个止转系统,限制搅拌头主轴与驱动轴之间相对旋转运动。这种搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统结构上简单可靠,操作简便,无需借助工具,操作者徒手便可装卸搅拌头。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统。
背景技术
搅拌机通常包含一个搅拌头,伸入一个搅拌桶内来对灰浆等需要搅拌的物质进行搅拌、调匀。一个动力系统与一个固定支架连接,并位于搅拌桶上方,用来带动搅拌头做旋转运动,动力系统往往由电力、气压或水压马达和受之驱动的驱动轴组成,搅拌头主轴与驱动轴相连接。
当完成搅拌后,须将搅拌头从搅拌桶中移开,从而将经搅拌的物质倒出。这时,由于受到搅拌机支架高度的限制,一般较难将搅拌头与驱动系统一起移开,于是需要将搅拌头从驱动轴上脱开,再从搅拌桶中拿出。如果搅拌粉尘较大的物质,一般需要在搅拌桶上加一盖子,搅拌头主轴穿过盖子,这时也需要将搅拌头与驱动轴分离。另外,还有其他许多需要将搅拌头与驱动轴分开的情况,如清洗、替换搅拌头等。由于搅拌头与驱动轴之间的拆装如此频繁,就需要一个能快速简便实现此功能的连接装置。
传统的连接装置主要为螺纹螺帽的形式。这种连接装置拆装起来往往要借助于扳手等工具;而且由于搅拌机往往在多粉尘的环境中使用,容易使螺纹锁死,不易松开。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是揭示一种结构简单、操作方便,且不易被锁死的搅拌机头连接系统。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所揭示的搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统,包含一根驱动轴,一根搅拌头主轴,和一个快夹装置,其中快夹装置包含一个夹持件和一个锁定件,夹持件包含一个用于接纳搅拌头主轴的腔体,夹持件还包含至少一个沿搅拌头主轴方向延伸的斜面,锁定件具有大致为圆形的截面,作用于所述斜面和搅拌头主轴之间,快夹装置还包含一个弹性系统,产生弹性力,使锁定件有沿斜面朝靠近搅拌机主轴方向运动的趋势,一个止转系统,限制搅拌头主轴与驱动轴之间相对旋转运动。
本实用新型所揭示的这种搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统并未采用螺纹锁紧的方式,而是通过锁定件与斜面的作用同时加以止转系统来夹紧搅拌头主轴,这样的连接系统无需借助工具,操作者徒手便可装卸搅拌头,而且结构简单可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,搅拌机100通常包含一个搅拌头6,伸入一个搅拌桶3内来对灰浆等需要搅拌的物质进行搅拌、调匀。一个动力系统1与一个固定支架5连接,并位于搅拌桶3上方,用来带动搅拌头6做旋转运动。动力系统1往往由马达(图上未示出)和受之驱动的驱动轴23组成。搅拌头6包含一根主轴7,与驱动轴23通过快夹装置20实现连接。
在图2所示的本实用新型其中一个具体实施方式中,快夹装置20包含一个护套21,一个夹持件22,一个弹簧24,一个固定件25和一个锁定件26。其中夹持件22上有一个垂直方向倾斜的斜槽220,固定件25为中空的筒状结构,包含一个内腔251,用于接纳搅拌头主轴7。固定件25的侧壁上横向挖有一个凹槽250,凹槽250与其内腔251相通。
结合图2及图3所示,驱动轴23下端部伸入固定件25,并与固定件25上端通过螺纹实现固定连接。在图示实施方式中,搅拌头6的主轴7具有下六边形的截面,且其顶部有一横向的定位装置27,在本实施方式中定位装置27表现为一圈凹槽。驱动轴23底端有一空腔230,空腔230同样具有正六边形的截面,且其大小为正好使得搅拌头主轴7顶端能伸入其中。空腔230与搅拌机主轴7并不限于上述形状,也可以是除了圆柱体以外的其他适当的形状。由于空腔230与搅拌头主轴7具有非圆形的配合面,有效得防止了驱动轴23与搅拌头主轴7之间发生相对转动。
如图3所示,当搅拌头主轴7伸入到空腔230并接触其底部时,定位装置27正好与凹槽250对齐。夹持件22位于固定件25外部,锁定件26穿过槽220及凹槽250。弹簧24位于夹持件22的腔体222内,并作用于固定件25与夹持件22之间,处于受压状态。弹簧24对夹持件22产生的偏压力使夹持件22有带动锁定件26向上(受压方向)运动的趋势,同时由于受凹槽250的上侧壁252以及斜槽220的斜面221的限制,锁定件26被限制在斜槽220的底端,深陷在搅拌头主轴7的定位装置27内,从而有效阻止了搅拌头主轴7的上下运动。
固定件25与夹持件22之间的相对位置并不限于上文所述的方式,固定件25也可位于夹持件22外部,但须保证至少一部分锁定件26与上侧壁252相作用。
一个护套21位于夹持件22外部,防止锁紧件26横向滑出,同时又起到了防止灰尘进入快夹装置20内部的作用。
当需要将搅拌头6从搅拌机100上拆下时,只需往下推动护套21,从而推动夹持件22,使得锁紧件26向斜槽220的上部运动,并顺着上侧壁252沿径向脱离定位装置27,搅拌头主轴7于是就可以从驱动轴23的空腔230中脱出。
反之,需要装上搅拌头6时,只需向下推动护套21,并将搅拌头主轴7伸入驱动轴23空腔230中,再松开护套21;弹簧24推动夹持件22复位,锁定件26于是与定位装置27配合,实现轴向锁定。
本实用新型所揭示的搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统并不局限于上文所述及附图所示的结构方式,本实用新型的最大贡献在于揭示了一种利用斜槽与圆柱形锁定件来对搅拌头主轴进行夹紧的夹持机构,在此基础上,在本实用新型所要求保护的范围内对其他构件具体形状及位置做了改变,如果这种改变对于本行业的普通技术人员是显而易见的,那么这样的改变仍将受本实用新型保护。
Claims (7)
1.一种搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统,包含一根驱动轴,一根搅拌头主轴,和一个快夹装置,其中快夹装置包含一个夹持件和一个锁定件,夹持件包含一个用于接纳搅拌头主轴的腔体,其特征在于,夹持件还包含至少一个沿搅拌头主轴方向延伸的斜面,锁定件具有大致为圆形的截面,作用于所述斜面和搅拌头主轴之间,快夹装置还包含一个弹性系统,产生弹性力,使锁定件有沿斜面朝靠近搅拌机主轴方向运动的趋势,一个止转系统,限制搅拌头主轴与驱动轴之间相对旋转运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统,其特征在于:搅拌头主轴包含一个定位装置,锁定件作用在定位装置上。
3.如权利要求2所述的搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统,其特征在于:快夹装置还包含一个固定件,该固定件上有一大致垂直于搅拌头主轴方向的作用面,与至少一部分锁定件相接触,并在弹性系统产生的弹性力作用下对锁定件施压。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统,其特征在于:弹性系统由至少一个弹簧构成,位于固定件与夹持件之间。
5.如权利要求1、2或3所述的搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统,其特征在于:夹持件上的斜面是夹持件上一个斜槽的侧壁。
6.如权利要求1、2或3所述的搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统,其特征在于:所述止转系统为搅拌头主轴与驱动轴之间的非圆形配合面。
7.如权利要求1、2或3所述的搅拌机驱动轴与搅拌头的连接系统,其特征在于:搅拌头主轴上的定位装置由垂直于轴向分布的一圈凹槽构成。
