Abstract

一种笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,包括一键盘、一基座及若干固定件,该基座包括一顶板,这些固定件是可滑动变形地装设于该顶板,每一固定件包括一压制块,该键盘是由这些压制块压制固定于该顶板。该笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合的固定件结构简单,且对该键盘的压制锁固稳定。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种键盘固定装置组合,特别是一种笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合。
【技术背景】
笔记本电脑的键盘通常是以若干钩扣锁固于笔记本电脑基座,但这样的固定装置往往结构复杂、组装困难,不利于批量生产时节约成本。为此,结构简单的键盘固定装置成为业界的设计方向,如中国台湾专利公告第537447号的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置,该笔记本电脑基座邻近显示器的一面上设有一内凹的容置槽,该容置槽内嵌设有若干吸附元件,该笔记本电脑的键盘是可安装于该容置槽内,该键盘的背面对应容置槽内的吸附元件设有若干金属箔板,通过这些吸附元件对金属箔板的吸附作用,该键盘被固定于该基座。但是,以此种方式固定的键盘,因吸附元件的吸附力有限,以致该键盘的固定并不稳固,甚至有可能因外力作用或吸附元件吸附力降低,而使键盘自该基座脱落,从而给使用者带来较大不便。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种结构简单、锁固稳定的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合。
一种笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,包括一键盘、一基座及若干固定件,该基座包括一顶板,这些固定件是可滑动变形地装设于该顶板,每一固定件包括一压制块,该键盘是由这些压制块压制固定于该顶板。
相较现有技术,该笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合的固定件结构简单,且对该键盘的压制锁固稳定。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图3,为本实用新型笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合的较佳实施方式,其用于将一键盘10装设于一笔记本电脑,该笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合包括一基座30及若干固定件50。
该键盘10的一侧边设有若干向外突出的卡扣片11。
该基座30包括一顶板31,该顶板31包括一向内凹入的键盘装设区311,该键盘装设区311的一侧边对应该键盘10的卡扣片11设有若干卡扣槽312,另一侧边设有若干内凹的装设部313,每一装设部313设有一通孔314。该顶板31上对应每一装设部313设有一抵顶片32,这些抵顶片32是垂直于该顶板31、平行于该键盘装设区311的侧边设置的。每一抵顶片32上设有一对长形的滑孔321。该顶板31上设有若干滑动肋33,这些滑动肋33是设置于每一抵顶片32与对应的装设部313之间。
该固定件50大致成“V”形,其包括一主体部51及两具弹性的支脚53。该主体部51向外凸设有一楔形的压制块511,该主体部51可对应装入该基座10的装设部313,该压制块511同时插入对应通孔314。每一支脚53的自由端为一滑动面531,该滑动面531上设有一滑块533,每一支脚53的与该主体部51交接处开设有一利于该支脚弹性变形的缺口535。
请继续参照图4及图5,组装时,首先将这些固定件50可滑动地装设于该基座30,使每一固定件50的主体部51收容于该键盘装设区311的装设部313,该压制块511插入对应通孔314,该对支脚53的滑块533收容于该抵顶片32的对应滑孔321,该滑动面531抵接于该抵顶片32,这些滑动肋33支承于对应固定件50以方便其滑动。将该键盘10的卡扣片11插入该基座30的对应卡扣槽312内,向下压该键盘10的另一边缘,这些压制块511即受力内缩,该主体部51沿滑动肋33向靠近对应抵顶片32的方向滑动,此过程中,固定件511的支脚53发生弹性形变,滑动面531沿对应抵顶片32向外滑动张开,滑块533同时从滑孔321的一端滑至另一端。当该键盘10的边缘越过压制块511到达固定位置后,这些固定件50在其支脚53回复力的作用下恢复原状,这些压制块511压制于该键盘10的边缘而使其保持锁固状态。
以上为本实用新型笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合的较佳实施例,在其它实施例中,这些固定件50的支脚53也可以为其它弹性元件如弹簧所代替,该弹簧的两端可分别固定并抵顶于该抵顶片32及该固定件50的主体部51,而实现将该固定件50的压制块511复位以锁固键盘10的目的。

Claims (9)

1.一种笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,包括一键盘、一基座及若干固定件,所述基座包括一顶板,其特征在于:所述固定件是可滑动变形地装设于所述顶板,每一固定件包括一压制块,所述键盘是由所述压制块压制固定于所述顶板。
2.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述顶板包括一键盘装设区,所述键盘装设区对应每一固定件设有一装设部,所述顶板对应每一装设部设有一抵顶片,所述固定件是装设于所述装设部和所述抵顶片之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:每一固定件对应所述键盘装设区的装设部设有一主体部,所述压制块是设于所述主体部,所述装设部对应所述压制块设有一通孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述压制块为楔形。
5.如权利要求4所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:每一固定件包括一对具弹性的支脚,所述支脚是抵顶于所述顶板的抵顶片。
6.如权利要求5所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述固定件的每一支脚的自由端为一设有一滑块的滑动面,所述抵顶片对应所述滑块设有一对滑孔,所述滑动面是抵顶于所述抵顶片,所述滑块是收容于所述滑孔。
7.如权利要求6所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:每一支脚与所述主体部交接处开设有一利于该支脚弹性变形的缺口。
8.如权利要求2或6所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述顶板上设有若干滑动肋,所述滑动肋是设置于所述抵顶片与所述装设部之间。
9.如权利要求2所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述键盘的一边缘设有若干卡扣片,所述键盘装设区对应所述卡扣片设有若干卡扣槽。
