Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种皮带轮,它的皮带轮的轴孔为锥形孔,在皮带轮的锥形孔中装有一个带有圆孔的锥套,在锥套上设有开口通槽,并且在皮带轮上固定有支撑板,在支撑板上装有与锥套连接的拉紧螺栓。本实用新型取消了传统的键连接结构,因此本实用新型具有制作容易、安装拆卸都方便的优点。使用本实用新型时,先将锥套套在所需连接的轴上,然后将皮带轮套在锥套上,并通过支撑板上的拉紧螺栓将锥套拉紧,由于锥套设有开口通槽,因此在拧紧拉紧螺栓时,锥套在皮带轮锥孔的作用下将会收缩紧紧地夹持在被连接的轴上。当要将皮带轮从轴上拆卸下来时,只需将拉紧螺栓松开,即可轻松地将锥套和皮带轮从轴上取下。

本实用新型涉及一种安装在电机轴或传动动轴上的皮带轮,属于传动皮带轮技术领域。
背景技术:
目前,在现有技术中的皮带轮与轴的连接,一般都是采用键连接结构,这种键连接结构的皮带轮不仅存在着制作工艺复杂、要在连接轴上开键槽、加工精度要求高的缺点,而且还存在着使用时装拆非常不方便的缺点。因此,现有的皮带轮结构还是不够理想。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种制作容易、安装拆卸都方便的皮带轮,以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括皮带轮(1),皮带轮(1)的轴孔为锥形孔,在皮带轮(1)的锥形孔中装有一个带有圆孔的锥套(2),在锥套(2)上设有开口通槽(3),并且在皮带轮(1)上固定有支撑板(4),在支撑板(4)上装有与锥套(2)连接的拉紧螺栓(5);支撑板(4)与皮带轮(1)为一整体结构;支撑板(4)还可通过螺栓(6)与皮带轮(1)连接为一体。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型取消了传统的键连接结构,因此本实用新型具有制作容易、安装拆卸都方便的优点。使用本实用新型时,先将锥套(2)套在所需连接的轴上,然后将皮带轮(1)套在锥套(2)上,并通过支撑板(4)上的拉紧螺栓(5)将锥套(2)拉紧,由于锥套(2)设有开口通槽(3),因此在拧紧拉紧螺栓(5)时,锥套(2)在皮带轮(1)锥孔的作用下将会收缩紧紧地夹持在被连接的轴上。当要将皮带轮(1)从轴上拆卸下来时,只需将拉紧螺栓(5)松开,即可轻松地将锥套(2)和皮带轮(1)从轴上取下。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:皮带轮(1)上的皮带槽数量及截面形状可根据使用的需要按传统方法制作,制作时,将皮带轮(1)的轴孔制作为锥形孔,并在皮带轮(1)的锥形孔中安装一个带有圆孔的锥套(2),使锥套(2)的圆孔能够套在被连接的轴上,在锥套(2)上开一个开口通槽(3),在制作皮带轮(1)时,在皮带轮(1)上通过焊接或通过螺栓(6)固定一个支撑板(4),也可将支撑板(4)与皮带轮(1)制作为一个整体结构,然后在支撑板(4)上装上2~6个与锥套(2)连接的拉紧螺栓(5)即成。

1.一种皮带轮,它包括皮带轮(1),其特征在于:皮带轮(1)的轴孔为锥形孔,在皮带轮(1)的锥形孔中装有一个带有圆孔的锥套(2),在锥套(2)上设有开口通槽(3),并且在皮带轮(1)上固定有支撑板(4),在支撑板(4)上装有与锥套(2)连接的拉紧螺栓(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮带轮,其特征在于:支撑板(4)与皮带轮(1)为一整体结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的皮带轮,其特征在于:支撑板(4)还可通过螺栓(6)与皮带轮(1)连接为一体。
