太阳能水箱进出水管道排空阀由放在水箱进出水口内的步进式开关,三通和进气阀三件组成;自来水上水龙头每开关一次,上水压力将步进式开关内的滑动阀芯步进一格,落在深槽里时水箱出水关闭,进气阀自动打开进气,管道内余水从热水龙头排空。需用热水时关上热水龙头。上水龙头开关一次,滑动阀芯步进一格一定落在浅槽里,水箱出水开启,进气阀自动关闭,热水源源而下,打开热水龙头就可用热水。使用方便经济,可靠安全。

太阳能水箱进出水管道内水结冰一直是个难题,有用电子方法的麻烦,伴热带、电磁阀等价高。
发明内容:
为解决进出水管道内有水结冰这个难题,本实用新型提供一种能使进出水管道余水排空的用自来水上水压力作动力的管道排空阀。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案是:
太阳能水箱进出水管道排空阀由步进式开关、三通、进气阀三件组成。步进式开关壳体内进水端有六个齿轮状凹槽,三深、三浅;内有个滑动阀芯,顶头有三个相应的凸出小圆柱放在凹槽里;三通的一头装在水箱出水口上,内置步进式开关;另一头装进气阀;向下的一头装进出水管道即可。
使用本实用新型太阳能水箱进出水管道排空阀,自来水上水龙头每开关一次,滑动阀芯凸出小圆柱就在步进式开关壳体内沿凹槽步进一格,当滑动阀心落在深槽时关闭水箱出水,进出水管道内余水通过打开的热水龙头排空,进气阀自动进气。当需用热水时先关上热水龙头,将上水龙头开关一次,上水压力将滑动阀芯步进一格,一定落在浅槽里水箱内热水源源而下,打开热水龙头就可用热水,此时进气阀自动关闭。周而复始,使用方便,安全可靠。

具体实施方式:
在图1中步进式开关壳体(5)放在水箱进出水口(1)中、三通(2)一头接水箱出水口(1)一头接进气阀(3),还有一头是进出水管道接口(4)。滑动阀芯(10)放在步进式开关壳体(5)内,而滑动阀芯顶头凸出小圆柱(9)正好落在步进式开关壳体(5)凹槽内。工作时上水龙头动作一次,水通过进出水管道(4)进入步进式开关壳体内(5)推动滑动阀心(10)步进一格。当滑动阀芯顶头凸出小圆柱(9)落在凹槽深槽时,滑动阀芯(10)正好顶在步进式开关壳体出水口(A)上,关闭水箱出水,打进热水龙头,进气阀(3)进气,管道内水排空。需用热水时只要将上水龙头开关一次,上水压力通过进出水管道接口(4)进入步进式开关壳体(5)内;滑动芯(10)步进一格滑动阀心顶头凸出小圆柱一定挂在凹槽浅槽(7)上。这时进气阀(3)自动关闭,打进热水龙头用热水吧。

  1. 太阳能水箱进出水管道排空阀由放在水箱出水口内的步进式开关、三通和进气阀三件组成,其特征在于:由于步进式开关壳体内进水端有六个齿轮状凹槽,三深三浅,里面的滑动阀芯顶头有三个相应的凸出小圆柱正好放在凹槽里,所以当自来水上水龙头每开一次,滑动阀芯就沿凹槽步进一格,落在深槽内关闭,进气阀进气,进出水管道排空;落在浅槽里开启出热水,进气阀关闭。
