Abstract

一种集成式太阳能控制阀，其主混水阀芯装在阀体内，主阀柄装在阀体上面，阀体左右部装有调节阀阀芯，左右调节阀阀芯上部有旋转调节手柄，阀体左右端是热水器接口和冷水接口，在主混水阀芯的下方，阀体有一用水接口，止回阀阀芯分别装在冷水接口和热水接口内部，本控制阀可调节水温和流量，平衡冷热水的流量和压力，不需要另添置任何阀门，结构简单而安装简便。

本实用新型涉及一种集成式太阳能控制阀，属于太阳能热水器辅助配件的
技术领域。
背景技术
太阳能热水器具有清洁无污染又安全，且热水量大等优点，使用越来越普及，但现有市场上的太阳能热水器大部分都是非承压式结构，采用落差式取水因而热水压力低，使用时调节水温困难，其原因是冷水压力高，热水压力低。现有的太阳能热水器的上水及热水调节许多个阀门管件组合安装，浴室内管路复杂而使跑冒滴漏现象多，安装困难且成本高，使用也非常不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种完全根据落差式取水太阳能热水器的特点而设计的集成式太阳能控制阀，其能克服上述之缺点，其最大的特点是在冷热水的进口上增加了两个调节开关，可方便地进行二次调温。此控制阀可以调节水温、流量、向太阳能热水器补充冷水、平衡冷水及热水的流量和压力等，不需安装其它阀门，其结构简单且安装方便。
集成式太阳能控制阀的结构是主混水阀芯3装在阀体2内，主阀柄1装在阀体2上面，阀体2左右部装有调节阀阀芯4，左右调节阀阀芯4上部有旋转调节手柄9，阀体2左右端是热水器接口6和冷水接口7，在主混水阀芯3的下方，阀体2有一用水接口8，止回阀阀芯5分别装在冷水接口7和热水接口6内部。
集成式太阳能控制阀的优点是在冷热水的进口上增加两个调节开关，可以简便地进行二次调温，采用一个阀体而装有两个调节阀阀芯，一个止回阀阀芯，一个为太阳能热水器上水的混水阀芯是调节阀芯，可根据冷热水的压差先调节冷热水的流量，在用主混水阀芯调温二是调温变得简单，不需要另外再装止回阀，避免了冷水管为暗装式而无法装止回阀的缺点。

由图1，主混水阀芯3装在阀体2内，主阀柄1装在阀体2上面，阀体2左右部装有调节阀阀芯4，左右调节阀阀芯4上部有旋转调节手柄9，阀体2左右端是热水器接口6和冷水接口7，在主混水阀芯3的下方，阀体2有一用水接口8，止回阀阀芯5分别装在冷水接口7和热水接口6内部。
实施方式
使用时冷水和热水分别由冷水接口7和热水器接口6进入阀体2，这时可根据冷水和热水压力的不同，旋转调节手柄9来调节进水的流量，使冷水和热水的进水量保持大致相等，再通过调节主阀柄1，即可方便实现调节水温，用水接口可调出温水、完全冷水或完全热水，调节主阀柄1还可使冷水接口7和热水接口6相通，实现为太阳能热水器水箱上水的功能。止回阀阀芯5的作用是为太阳能热水器上水时，如冷水压力小于热水压力或无冷水时，太阳能热水器水箱的水不会通过冷水接口7倒流到冷水管路中。

1.一种集成式太阳能控制阀，其特征是主混水阀芯(3)装在阀体(2)内，主阀柄(1)装在阀体(2)上面，阀体(2)左右部装有调节阀阀芯(4)，左右调节阀阀芯(4)上部有旋转调节手柄(9)，阀体(2)左右端是热水器接口(6)和冷水接口(7)，在主混水阀芯(3)的下方，阀体(2)有一用水接口(8)，止回阀阀芯(5)分别装在冷水接口(7)和热水接口(6)内部。
