本实用新型涉及一种进油口采用外置密封的高压缸，包括进油通道和空心密封堵头，密封堵头自外向内内嵌固定于进油通道上。这种采用外置密封堵头的高压缸，安装和维护十分方便。在发生漏油故障时，可以方便地从外部将堵头取出，维修后可快速安装，而不必像现有高压缸一样拆机维修，省时省力，工作效率大大提高。

本实用新型涉及一种进油口采用外置密封的高压缸。
背景技术
现有的六面顶压机合成设备中的超高压工作缸的进油口采用内置密封方式，其进油口通道内径内大外小，其堵头必须是预先从高压腔内安装，在设备使用过程中如果发生漏油问题需要拆卸维修时，必须将压机整机拆开更换堵头或者密封零件，费时费力，工作效率低下，设备利用率不能有效提高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种便于拆装维修的高压缸。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种高压缸，包括进油通道和空心密封堵头，密封堵头自外向内内嵌固定于进油通道上。
所述的进油通道分成内径内小外大两段，密封堵头内嵌固定于外段进油通道上。
所述的密封堵头与进油通道接触面上设有密封圈。
所述的密封堵头通过三通法兰顶触内嵌固定于外段进油通道上。
这种采用外置密封堵头的高压缸，安装和维护十分方便。在发生漏油故障时，可以方便地从外部将堵头取出，维修后可快速安装，而不必像现有高压缸一样拆机维修，省时省力，工作效率大大提高；而且这种设计可以降低设备造价2％左右，经济效益显著。

具体实施方式
实施例：如图2、图3所示，高压缸1包括进油通道和空心密封堵头2，密封堵头2自外向内内嵌固定于进油通道7上。
进油通道7分成内径内小外大两段，密封堵头2内嵌固定于外段进油通道6上。密封堵头2上与进油通道7接触面上设有密封圈4，密封堵头2通过三通法兰3顶触内嵌固定于外段进油通道6上。
内段进油通道5直径不大于40毫米，外段镶嵌堵头部分直径为50毫米、深度为40毫米，配套设计密封堵头2和固定在高压缸1上的三通法兰3钢性连接。

1、一种高压缸，包括进油通道和空心密封堵头，其特征在于：密封堵头自外向内内嵌固定于进油通道上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高压缸，其特征在于：所述的进油通道分成内径内小外大两段，密封堵头内嵌固定于外段进油通道上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的高压缸，其特征在于：所述的密封堵头与进油通道接触面上设有密封圈。
4、根据权利要求3所述的高压缸，其特征在于：所述的密封堵头通过三通法兰顶触内嵌固定于外段进油通道上。
