目前的避孕套大都能起到避孕作用，但在性交中时而脱落，不能防止性病传染，其原因是避孕套与阴茎的匹配不可靠，不适应性交现场的情况，隔离部位仅限于阴茎，不能完全隔离开男女性交中所产生的内分泌物，一旦双方的内分泌物混合会将一方疾病传给另一方，如尖锐湿疣、艾滋病、淋病和梅毒。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷，提供一种内裤式避孕套。
本实用新型的技术方案是扩大避孕套口周边的面积，致使男女性交的亲合面减小，扩大隔离面。其结构包括一只避孕套，特征在于：还包括一条裤前裆阴茎部位有通孔的乳胶短内裤，在其内裤通孔的周边连接有一只避孕套，即一只避孕套口的周边与上述内短裤的通孔周边相连接，构成内裤式避孕套，以防性交中避孕套脱落和扩大双方亲合隔离面，致使女方阴部排出的分泌物不易涉及男方阴茎、睾丸、会阴、肛门、阴毛与下腹。这些部位若有损伤出血处或皮肤粘膜损伤，一旦接触带菌的阴道分泌物，则会引发性病传染。
本实用新型的有益效果是可防止计划外怀孕与性病传播，还可确保男女双方性交中的快感同步而持久。

本实用新型可一次性热塑模成形。其用料为现有避孕套用料。

1、内裤式避孕套，包括一只避孕套，其特征在于：还包括一条裤前裆阴茎部位有通孔的乳胶短内裤，在其内裤通孔的周边连接有一只避孕套。
2、根据权利要求1所述的内裤式避孕套，其特征在于：其避孕套可为其外层呈不规则凸起形状的避孕套(8)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的内裤式避孕套，其特征在于：其乳胶内短裤可为一条裤前裆阴茎部位有通孔(5)的三角形薄膜乳胶内短裤(6)。
