现有技术中，有一种二合一牙刷，主要由牙刷板和牙刷头组成，牙刷板的头部呈平板形，牙刷板的头部设有安装槽，由硅胶制成的牙刷头与安装槽相配合并安装于安装槽内，牙刷头包括硅胶板和硅胶刷毛，硅胶刷毛与硅胶板连为一体。这种牙刷可以更换牙刷头，刷板可以多次使用，由于硅胶刷毛比较柔软，因此刷牙时，硅胶刷毛不易损伤牙龈，但正是由于硅胶刷毛比较柔软，使柔软的硅胶刷毛难以清除牙缝中的污垢，刷牙效果并不理想，特别对于牙龈和齿根结合处的清洁效果更差。
