Abstract
一种退黄愈脐带由带体(1)、尼龙搭扣(2)、愈脐贴(3)构成，愈脐贴(3)由生物碱甲壳素无纺布(6)与吸水垫(7)、水刺无纺布(8)热合而成，水刺无纺布(8)的外层涂医用不干胶，并密封于塑料包装袋内，使用时撕开包装袋，将愈脐贴(3)贴于带体内层(4)的弧形处，尼龙搭扣(2)用线缝制在带体内层(4)的一端并和愈脐贴(3)在同一平面上。本实用新型结构为两元包装，使用方便，消费成本低，连接牢固，具有退黄，促进新生儿脐断面愈合作用，并可根据新生儿腰围大小随意调节松紧。

技术领域
本实用新型为一种医用敷料类药带，尤其是一种在脐部治疗新生儿黄疸和脐部疾患的一种敷料愈脐带。
背景技术
目前治疗新生儿黄疸，多数采用光照和口服中药治疗，前者需要住院在医护人员监护下进行治疗，费用高；后者因中药汤剂量大，味苦，婴儿顺从性差，难以服完必然效果就差。中国专利ZL96246878.9将中药袋缝制在带体上，脐部给药去胎毒，取得了一定的效果，但因中药袋是缝制在带体上，带被婴儿尿湿弄脏，整条护脐带报废、浪费大。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种便于更换，使用方便，费用低，疗效快，对人体没有任何副作用的敷贴在脐部治疗新生儿黄疸和脐部疾患的愈脐带。
本实用新型解决上述难题所采用的技术方案是：药物生物碱与甲壳素制成无纺布，该无纺布上辅有吸水垫，吸水垫上复盖水刺无纺布，水刺无纺布外层涂有医用不干胶通过热合将三者集于一体，做成愈脐贴并单独包装。带体的内层采用揉软富有弹性的针织漂白纯棉布，外层采用富有粘合作用的圈绒布，二者经缝制而成，使用时拆下愈脐贴的外包装，取愈脐贴贴于带体内层的弧形处。带体内层的一端缝制一块阳片尼龙搭扣，利用该搭扣与带体外层的圈绒布固定在新生儿腰部上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果：本实用新型在患者脐中穴位(神阙穴)敷贴，药物容易穿透弥散，脐部两侧有腹壁下动脉及丰富的毛细血管网，穿透吸收的药物汇入上下腔静脉，使药物作用迅速。由于药物生物碱与甲壳素制成了无纺布，该布可以生物降解，在降解的过程中缓缓释放药物使血药浓度恒定，避免了口服给药出现的“峰谷”现象和肝脏“首过效应”。从而提高了生物利用度，减少了药物副作用。使用本实用新型冶疗新生儿黄疸和脐部疾患，不打针，不吃药，无任何副作用，婴儿顺从性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图描述本实用新型的实例：
如图1、图2、图3所示，退黄愈脐带由带体1、尼龙搭扣2、愈脐贴3构成，带体1由内层4和外层5缝制而成，带体内层4采用柔软富有弹性的针织漂白纯棉布，带体外层5采用圈绒布。愈脐贴3是将药物生物碱甲壳素无纺布6再与吸水垫7和水刺无纺布8热合后涂胶密封于塑料包装袋内。阳片尼龙搭扣2用线缝制在带体内层4的一端，愈脐贴3粘贴于与阳片尼龙搭扣2的同一面上。
退黄愈脐带使用时，撕开包装袋，取出愈脐贴，贴于带体内层4弧形处，再将愈脐贴3对准肚脐眼，顺势将带体围缠在新生儿腰部，通过阳片尼龙搭扣2与带体外层5圈绒布粘合连接，使愈脐带固定在新生儿腰部。

1、一种退黄愈脐带由带体(1)、尼龙搭扣(2)、愈脐贴(3)构成，其特征在于：愈脐贴(3)采用生物碱甲壳素无纺布(6)、吸水垫(7)、水刺无纺布(8)热合而成，并在水刺无纺布的外层涂上医用不干胶，愈脐贴(3)贴于带体内层(4)的弧形处，尼龙搭扣(2)用线缝制在带体端头，愈脐贴(3)与尼龙搭扣(2)在带体内层的同一面上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的退黄愈脐带，其特征在于尼龙搭扣(2)采用阳片尼龙搭扣，与带体外层(5)圈绒布粘合连接。
