Abstract
一种在亮处和暗处均可自由欣赏，提供低度照明的自发光陶瓷浮雕画。它采用已有的自发光材料、发光陶瓷生产工艺制备发光陶瓷浮雕画芯和外框架、背景衬板，拼装后构成一新颖的自发光画种。发光陶瓷浮雕画芯制成相应的发光图案也可制备表面完全发光的。在形成发光案时可采用丝网印刷或贴花烤花等技术制成发光图案，在制备表面整体发光时可采用喷釉或浇釉工艺。外框架和背景衬板亦同样施涂发光涂层。大小形状依内容匹配，可以方、长方、圆。该画在吸收各种可见光10－30分钟后，于暗处可自发光10小时以上，增加了昼夜均可自由欣赏达到全时全景装饰美化效果。

本实用新型涉及一种已有的聚脂浮雕画、木浮雕画、玉石浮雕画、陶瓷浮雕画，在浮雕画的基础上采用已有的自发光陶瓷生产工艺制作自发光陶瓷浮雕(自发光陶瓷浮雕画、自发光陶瓷浮雕字)替代聚脂浮雕、木浮雕、玉石浮雕、陶瓷浮雕，安装在已有的自发光材料制作的框架上构成自发光的新颖的一个画种，供人们装饰居室、观赏、收藏、提供低度照明。
背景技术
目前，自发光技术广泛应用到生活领域，开发出了发光工艺陶瓷、发光建筑瓷砖、发光玻璃、发光塑料、发光模板、发光油漆、发光油墨等一系列发光产品，其性能相当先进，吸收各种可见光10-30分钟于暗处可自发光10小时以上，且无毒、无害、无放射性、节能、环保。但未见以自发光陶瓷工艺制作浮雕瓷自发光材料制作框架同时应用到画中。聚脂浮雕画、木浮雕画、玉石浮雕画、陶瓷浮雕画没有上述自发光优点，难与自发光陶瓷浮雕画相媲美，但陶瓷也有易碎之弊病。
发明内容
为了解决现有的浮雕画不能自发光不具有低度照明之不足，本实用新型提供一种具有自发光陶瓷浮雕画，该自发光陶瓷浮雕画在光亮处与其他浮雕画媲美，而在暗处能自发光仍可自由观赏自成一景美化暗室，并具低度照明功能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：自发光陶瓷浮雕画有三部份组成即外框架、背景衬板、发光陶瓷浮雕画芯。外框架以发光塑料、发光板(木质等材料喷绘发光油漆)做成方、长方、圆形等各种形状的中空框架半成品。发光塑料框架是利用已有的发光塑料母粒采用注塑成型加工工艺制成，发光板框架是采用不易变形的木料经脱脂烘干后加工成框架或用高密度纤维板加工成框架再将框架采用已有的发光油漆进行刷涂、喷涂、刮涂、淋幕等工艺上发光涂层，在发光涂层下面涂白色底漆可提高发光亮度，在发光涂层上清漆罩光可提高涂层的光泽度和耐候性。背景衬板采用高密度纤维板，大小形状依据外框载切，将载切好的衬板正面依据画芯的内容使用已有的发光油漆或发光油墨采用喷涂、淋幕、刮涂、丝网印刷等工艺进行背景绘制上发光涂层，在发光涂层下面涂白色底漆可提高发光亮度，在发光涂层上清漆罩光可提高涂层的光泽度和耐候性，加工成背景衬板半成品。发光陶瓷浮雕画芯内容依据自发光陶瓷浮雕画的主题创作设计，形态是背面平整中空前面向外凸起的高浮雕陶瓷或低浮雕陶瓷，发光陶瓷浮雕画芯采用已有的发光陶瓷釉料和陶瓷生产工艺生产，根据需要制成相应的发光图案也可制备表面完全发光的。在形成发光案时可采用丝网印刷或贴花烤花等技术。在制备表面整体发光时可采用喷釉或浇釉工艺。釉料施于白色釉面素坯上可获得最佳效果，施于红色坯体应施加一层白色底釉；釉料的使用温度宜低于1100度为好，高于此温度应采用快速烧成才能获得较佳效果；为了获得更光滑的釉面，可在发光釉层上面再施加很薄的透明釉层。发光陶瓷浮雕画芯烧制成将其以聚脂粘贴在背景衬板中，候干后再将背景衬板用胶胶合和冲钉定固在外框背面，一幅自发光陶瓷浮雕画制成了。
本实用新型的有益效果是：它既不失其他浮雕画的装饰、观赏、收藏性能，却增加了昼夜均可自由欣赏达到全时全景装饰美化效果，还提供低度照明功能，与其他浮雕画相比独具一格，制作简单。

具体实施方式
在图中，外框架1是用高密度纤维板按制作木制品相框的办法做成的各种形状的框架，采用已有的发光油漆对其喷涂发光涂层，在发光涂层下面先喷涂白色底漆在发光涂层上清漆罩光加工成半成品。背景衬板2采用高密度纤维板依照外框架1的形状大小载切，再依据发光陶瓷浮雕画芯3的内容采用发光油漆进行背景绘制上发光涂层，在发光涂层下面先喷涂白色底漆在发光涂层上清漆罩光加工成半成品。发光陶瓷浮雕画芯3是采用已有的发光陶瓷釉料和陶瓷生产工艺生产的表面完全发光的陶瓷浮雕，将发光陶瓷浮雕画芯3以聚脂粘贴在背景衬板2中，隔24小时后，再将背景衬板2用胶胶合和冲钉定固在外框架1背面，一幅自发光陶瓷浮雕画制作成功了。

1.一种自发光陶瓷浮雕画，由发光陶瓷浮雕画芯和外框架、背景衬板拼装而成，其特征是：发光陶瓷浮雕画芯是背面平整中空前面向外凸起的高浮雕陶瓷或低浮雕陶瓷制成相应的发光图案，也可以制备表面完全发光的；外框架、背景衬板采用发光材料制作或采用发光材料施涂发光涂层。
