Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种留置式引流装置，该引流装置包括穿刺针1、引流管3和负压装置4，该穿刺针1为内部中空的套管针，侧壁开设轴向通槽2，引流管3一端插在穿刺针1内部，另一端连接负压装置4，中间设有三通阀5。使用本装置病人痛苦小、舒适安全。
Description
技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种医用器械，特别是一种胸腹腔手术中使用的留置式引流装置。
背景技术 胸腹腔手术后常需要对胸腹腔进行留置引流及胸腹腔内药物加注处理，目前，临床上留置引流管主要有两种方法，一种是局部皮肤切开贯通，放置引流管，一种是使用穿刺针，穿刺针头留置在体内，外接引流管。存在的缺点是：第一种方法步骤复杂，病人痛苦大，第二种方法病人不能采取自由体位，留置针头容易对内脏器官造成损伤。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种克服上述缺点、病人痛苦小且使用安全方便的留置式引流装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种留置式引流装置，包括穿刺针、引流管和负压装置，该穿刺针为内部中空的套管针，侧壁开设轴向通槽，引流管一端插在穿刺针内部，另一端连接负压装置，中间设有三通阀。
本实用新型的使用过程是：先用穿刺针完成穿刺，然后拿住引流管，退出穿刺针，利用轴向通槽取下穿刺针，实现引流管的留置操作，此过程中，三通阀处于关闭状态，然后旋转三通阀，使引流管与负压装置接通，进行引流，需要向体腔内给药时，再旋转三通阀，通过三通接头实现给药操作。由上可知，使用本装置留置引流，勿需开刀，病人痛苦小，穿刺针头不留置在病人体内，病人没有体位限制，使用舒适、安全。

具体实施方式 如图所示，穿刺针1前端为针尖状，内部中空，侧壁开设轴向通槽2，引流管3一端插在穿刺针1内部，另一端连接负压装置4，中间设有三通阀5。为方便掌握引流管3插入的长度，引流管3上标注刻度6。负压装置4可采用自动负压囊，其外皮为软质塑料制作的桶状物，上面开设进气口，内部设置压力弹簧，使用时，压下弹簧，关闭进气口，囊内自然形成负压。引流管3采用软质塑料或医用硅橡胶材料制作。

1、一种留置式引流装置，包括穿刺针、引流管和负压装置，其特征在于：该穿刺针(1)为内部中空的套管针，侧壁开设轴向通槽(2)，引流管(3)一端插在穿刺针(1)内部，另一端连接负压装置(4)，中间设有三通阀(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的留置式引流装置，其特征在于：该引流管(3)上标有刻度(6)。
