背景技术：目前，对于由脑出血、脑梗塞、脑脊髓损伤等疾病所引起的尿失禁患者，尿湿床褥是经常的事情，即给患者自己带来痛苦，又加重了护理任务，为了避免尿湿床褥的事情发生，一般采用定时导尿，而导尿又有诸多不便，一是一般家庭护理较难以掌握，二是易引起患者疼痛，导致尿路感染；对于由下肢骨折实施钢板固定手术而需要绝对卧床的患者，他们的排尿更为不便，近几年市场上出现了一次性纸尿裤，这对于缓解病人的排尿痛苦起到了一定的积极作用，但其价格较贵，而且使用时仍需搬动患者，仍有尿湿床褥及尿液浸渍皮肤的可能。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种能方便尿失禁及其需要绝对卧床的患者排尿的充气便尿垫，以克服现有技术的不足。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取了如下技术方案：它由气囊垫、充气囊和接尿袋组成，气囊垫呈凹槽形，凹槽的下部设有输尿管，输尿管的两端分别与凹槽和接尿袋连通。
为了使患者垫着舒适，所说气囊垫上设有布垫层。
为了使接尿袋倒尿方便，接尿袋的下部设有带塞排尿口。
本实用新型构造简单，使用方便，能有效地防止尿失禁及其下肢骨折实施钢板固定手术而需要绝对卧床的患者尿湿床褥和受尿液浸渍的痛苦，是一种较为理想的充气便尿垫。

具体实施方式：根据附图，本实用新型由气囊垫4、充气囊8和接尿袋6组成，气囊垫4上设有布垫层1，气囊垫4呈凹槽形，凹槽2的下部设有输尿管5，输尿管5的两端分别与凹槽的出液口3和接尿袋6连通，接尿袋6的下部设有带塞排尿口7。
本实用新型可一垫多用，当患者需要大便时，可在凹槽2内垫好塑料袋，便后提出即可；另外，平时可通过充气囊8向凹槽2内充气使患者皮肤干爽。
