使用时，由于陶瓷内胆2的存在，本实用新型可以保持原有陶瓷锅具的烹饪特点，而不锈钢外壳1通过填充层3与陶瓷内胆2结合，达到提高整体的强度的目的，填充层3是一种耐火材料，可以令不锈钢外壳1与陶瓷内胆2之间的空隙被完全填满。
