日常生活中普遍使用的痰盂有带盖的或不带盖的，当人们将痰液吐入痰盂时如果不及时清洗，使痰液干化时，一是痰盂不易清洗干净、费时费力；二是其干化的痰液中的细菌四处飘散，传染疾病，起不到清洁、卫生杀菌的作用，既不卫生、清洗又不方便。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种痰液收集器，它能够使痰液在痰液容器中直接进行杀菌、盛痰器容易清洗、痰液中的细菌不四处飘散，结构简单、省时省力。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：一种痰液收集器，它有上盖和痰盂体，其特征在于痰盂体的边沿与纸膜边沿通过不干胶相粘接，上盖的内面与纸膜的边沿通过不干胶相粘接，上盖一端与痰盂体一端通过折页连接，在上盖与痰盂体另一端通过卡扣扣合。所述的纸膜是由过氧乙酸或其它消毒液浸泡过的。所述的纸膜形状与痰液容器相近似。

1、一种痰液收集器，它有上盖(1)和痰盂体(2)，其特征在于：痰盂体(2)的边沿与纸膜(3)边沿通过不干胶相粘接，上盖(1)的内面与纸膜(4)的边沿通过不干胶相粘接；上盖(1)一端与痰盂体(2)一端通过折页连接，在上盖(1)与痰盂体(2)另一端通过卡扣(5、6)扣合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种痰液收集器，其特征在于：所述的纸膜是由过氧乙酸或其它消毒液浸泡过的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种痰液收集器，其特征在于：所述的纸膜形状与痰液容器相近似。
