Abstract

一种具有消毒作用的烟雾弹。在聚乙烯、聚丙烯等热熔性塑料弹体内定量装有烟雾消毒剂粉体，弹体上部用铝箔复合膜封口，封口膜上加盖保护盖，保护盖与弹体间以螺旋口连接。使用时，打开保护盖，用火柴等260℃以上的任何热源直接加热封口膜，封口膜将热量传导给消毒剂，引起消毒剂燃烧。将燃烧的消毒烟雾弹抛掷出去，操作者可以迅速地撤离消毒现场，免受消毒烟雾伤害。燃烧产生的热量使弹体熔化，消毒烟雾从弹体中释放出来，从而达到消毒目的。消毒烟雾弹中的烟雾消毒剂粉体为紧密结构，便于燃烧热的传导和燃烧状态的维持，不会出现自熄现象，保证了消毒效果。

所属技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种具有消毒作用的烟雾弹。该烟雾弹易于点燃，燃烧后，消毒烟雾会缓缓不断地冒出，不会自熄，消毒剂释放彻底。此外，该烟雾弹点燃后能够方便迅速地抛出，便于操作者躲避消毒烟雾的伤害，使消毒操作更加安全。
背景技术  目前，公知的烟雾消毒剂都是使用塑料袋包装。消毒时需要按照消毒空间的大小称取一定数量的消毒剂，将其放置于地面，点燃后操作者跑步撤离。这种消毒剂的缺点在于：(1)散放于地面的消毒剂由于结构松散，保持燃烧所必须的热度不容易传递，烟雾消毒剂经常中途自熄，影响消毒效果。(2)消毒剂燃烧后，消毒烟雾的扩散速度大于人的跑动速度，操作者无法躲避刺激性消毒烟雾对操作者健康构成的威胁。
发明内容  为了解决现有烟雾消毒剂使用不方便，且对人体健康不利的问题，本实用新型提供一种消毒烟雾弹，该烟雾弹用烟头、火柴等温度超过260℃的任何热源均可方便地将其点燃，点燃后可以抛掷出去，易于操作者撤离。此外，由于消毒剂紧密地包装在烟雾弹弹体内，便于热度传递，所以烟雾弹不会中途自熄，消毒剂释放彻底，消毒效果可靠。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等热熔性塑料制成弹体，内盛烟雾消毒剂，弹体上部用铝箔复合膜封口。烟雾弹上部的铝箔复合膜既是封口膜，具有防漏、防潮的作用，又是点燃时的热传导体。点燃时，以温度大于260℃的热源直接加热铝箔，铝箔迅速将热量传递给弹体内的消毒剂，使消毒剂点燃，开始释放消毒烟雾，燃烧产生的热量将塑料弹体熔化，烟雾从弹体内冒出。由于烟雾弹点燃初期，弹体还十分完整，所以此时烟雾弹可以抛出而不会散出内容物。此外，消毒剂包装在烟雾弹弹体内，紧密的结构便于热度传递，烟雾弹不会中途自熄，消毒剂释放彻底。烟雾弹是定量包装，使用时无需称量，而应根据消毒空间的大小选用不同数量的烟雾弹。
本实用新型的有益效果是，解决了目前公知消毒剂容易自熄、不便于操作者安全防护的问题，结构简单，使用方便。

具体实施方式  在图3所示的弹体中称量加入规定量的烟雾消毒剂粉体，使粉体与瓶口之间留有约0.5mm的距离，加盖铝箔复合膜后，旋紧图2所示的保护盖，用高频热封法使铝箔膜与弹体瓶口紧密熔封，调整封口温度在220～250℃之间。
使用时，根据消毒空间的大小确定消毒烟雾弹的使用数量。打开保护盖，用烟头、火柴、打火机等热源直接加热封口膜，待有白色烟雾冒出后，将消毒烟雾弹抛掷出去，操作者迅速撤离消毒现场，关闭门窗，密闭熏蒸至规定时间后，打开门窗，放出消毒气体既操作完毕。
