本实用新型涉及建筑门窗型材。
背景技术
传统的实腹或空腹门窗型材,一般是单一的材质,实腹型材重量较大,成本高。空腹型才尺寸较大,保温性能也较差。现有技术中有一种外部型材为塑料例如PVC,内腔有钢质内衬的共挤型材,其强度虽好,但存在体重,保温差、钢衬锈蚀、成本较高的不足。因此现有技术有改进、完善的必要,增加新的型材品种。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种热固性玻璃钢与塑料共挤复合门窗型材,可以组成推拉门窗,体轻、保温好、不锈蚀、使用寿命长、成本低。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种热固性玻璃钢与塑料共挤复合门窗型材,包括:外框、内框,其外框的横截面口型为:它有一呈“H”形的中空基体,该基体的材质为塑料,该基体的两侧立壁的上、下端各有装密封条的类T型槽,该基体的横壁有中空内腔,该内腔连接立壁的内腔呈凵形,在该凵形内腔中粘结有中空内衬,该内衬的形状呈凵形与基体内腔相应,该凵形内衬的两侧立壁为实心构造,横壁为空心构造,该内衬的材质为热固性玻璃钢。
所述内框的横截面口型为:它有一中空的矩形基体,该基体一侧有立壁,该立壁与基体顶面构成一90度的台阶,该立壁上部有向内开口的类T形槽,该基体顶面有向上开口的T形槽,该T型槽的外壁向上凸起,该基体的下部中央有开口槽,该开口槽左、右壁各有横向内凸的凸台,横向外凹的凹槽,横向外凹的T形槽,横向内凸的档块;该基体内有呈“h”形的空腔,该空腔内粘结有中空内衬,该内衬呈“h”形与基体空腔相应,该内衬的两侧立壁为实心构造,中部横壁为空心构造,该内衬的材质为热固性玻璃钢。
所述中空内衬的内腔有纵向和/或横向的隔板形成多个腔室。

本产品型材以塑料材质为基体,在基体内腔中粘结有热固性玻璃钢的内衬,该衬套与基体粘结后为连体构造,强度较高,适合各种口型型材重量轻,保温性能好,不锈蚀,使用寿命长,成本相对较低。

1.一种热固性玻璃钢与塑料共挤复合门窗型材,包括:外框(1)、内框(3),其特征在于:
外框(1)的横截面口型为:它有一呈“H”形的中空基体(101),该基体的材质为塑料,该基体的两侧立壁(102A)、(102B)的上、下端各有装密封条的类T型槽(103A)、(103B)、(104A)、(104B),该基体的横壁(105)有中空内腔(106),该内腔连接立壁(102A)、(102B)的内腔呈凵形,在该凵形内腔中粘结有中空内衬(2),该内衬的形状呈凵形与基体内腔相应,该凵形内衬(2)的两侧立壁(201A)、(201B)为实心构造,横壁(202)为空心构造,该内衬(2)的材质为热固性玻璃钢。
