Abstract

一种涡旋组合式保温沼气装置,圆形槽壳体的上开口设有将其封闭的顶盖。壳体内设有母线与壳体侧壁平行的涡旋导流板,其外端边固定在壳体内壁上,内端边固定在出料管上。该轴线与导流板母线平行的出料管下端封闭,伸出顶盖的上端敞开。上端敞开的涡旋导流板由外向内逐渐向下伸长的下端边设有与之相连的底板,该底板的另一个边由外向内分别与壳体内壁及导流板相连构成物料通道,该流道的内端顶与出料管底部的侧通孔相连通。与该流道外端顶处对应的顶盖上设有进料口,顶盖上的另一个通孔为沼气出口。壳体外面设有保温层。本实用新型投资少、施工周期短、无渗漏、可迁移;除渣方便、安全,又不影响正常供气;保温效果好,全年产气量稳定。

Description

一种涡旋组合式保温沼气装置
技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种沼气池。
背景技术  由于沼气不仅是快洁的煮饭燃料、良好的照明燃料,而且还能减少人畜粪便的污染、改进环境卫生,同时制备沼气的副产物还是良好的农农肥料和土壤改良剂,因此在农村建有许多沼气池。随着科学技术的发展,沼气池也逐渐更新换代,目前比较先进的沼气池的结构是:用砖混材料构筑的池体,它包括有池底、池墙及搭顶,其中池墙一侧上部设有与池内腔相连通的进料管,池墙另一侧中部设有与池内腔相连通的出料管,该出料管又与上开口槽形置换池相连,该置换池上端设有活动盖。另在拱顶上设有人孔,在人孔上设有人孔盖,该人孔盖上设有与沼气导管相连的通孔,它的不足之处是:①占地面积大、投资费用高、施工周期长、常有渗漏、无法搬迁。②沼气池内沉积的废渣,每年都需要人下去清理几次,不仅劳动强度大、不卫生,而且时常有沼气中毒事件发生,另在换料的15-21天期间内,沼气池不能正常供应沼气,给用户带来极大的不方便。③上述沼气池无法保温,在北方或天气寒冷的季节里,产气量很少甚至不产气,不能满足人们日常生活的需要。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的在于提供一种施工周期短、无渗漏、保温效果好、投资少、除渣方便安全又不影响正常供气、可移动的涡旋组合式保温沼气装置。本实用新型主要包括有:壳体、顶盖、涡旋导流板、进料口、出料管、沼气出口及保温层。其中壳体是由圆筒形池墙及将其下端封闭的池底组成的上开口圆形槽,最好池底中心部分低于其它部分,其可以是拱形、也可以是截锥形。在壳体上开口上设有将其封闭的顶盖,两者通过紧固件相连。在上述壳体最好包括顶盖外面设有保温层,其可以是珍珠岩、矿棉及聚氨酯中的一种实体材料层,也可以空心夹层内充热水或热气。在上述壳体内设有涡旋形导流板,其可以是与壳体连为一体,也可以通过紧固件固定。该母线与壳体侧壁平行的涡旋导流板外端边固定在壳体内壁上,内端边固定在出料管上,并且该涡旋导流板上端敞开,下端边设有与之相连的底板,该底板的另一个边由外向内分别与壳体内壁及导流板相连,构成物料运动的流道。因涡旋导流板下端边由外向内逐渐向下伸长,因此流道也由外向内逐渐降低,呈螺旋形流道,且底板母线和与其相交的导流板母线相垂直。这样物料在无外动力的情况下沿流道自然移动  到导流板的内端顶,该流道的内端顶与出料管底部的侧通孔相连通。该轴线与导流板母线平行的出料管下端封闭,伸出顶盖的上端敞开,其上设有将其遮盖的出料口盖。另在顶盖上设有两个通孔,其中一个通孔为沼气出口,另一个通孔为进料口,其与涡旋导流板外端边及壳体所夹的流道外端顶相对应。最好上述壳体(池墙、池体)顶盖、涡旋导流板、出料管和进料口均为独立部件,相互间用紧固件连接。
使用时,将本实用新型的各部件组装在一起,然后从进料口加入沼气原料,这些沼气原料首先进入涡旋导流外流道,然后沿该流道螺旋向下,因此物料便自然地从进料口移动到出料管内,当原料移动到出料管下端时,发酵过程已基本结束,余下的物料基本为废料。人们可用工具从出料管中将其取出作为肥料,由于料液流程较远,滞留期较长,因此发酵充分、反应彻底、产气量多。这些从导流板上端排出的沼气汇集在顶盖下面的空间内,并由沼气口导出。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:
①废渣可自动集中到出料管内,随时可在装置外取出,既不影响正常供应沼气,劳动强度又小、又卫生。而且杜绝了沼气中毒事件的发生。
②占地面积小、投资费用低、施工周期短、无渗漏。
③壳体外面的保温层可保证沼气原料的正常发酵温度,使其全年产气量正常稳定。
④上述沼气装置也可用于污水处理,对其进行厌氧发酵,不仅能将污水变为肥料,而且还可得到有经济价值的沼气。
⑤各部件均为独立部件,相互间用紧固件连接,运输方便易搬迁,可商品化生产。

具体实施方式  在图1和图2所示的涡旋组合式保温沼气装置的示意图中,池底中心部分低于其它部分的玻璃钢壳体1,其通过螺栓与顶盖2相连。在它们的外面设有矿棉保温层3。上述壳体内由螺钉固定有母线与壳体侧壁平行的玻璃钢涡旋导流板4,其外端边固定在壳体内壁上,内端边固定在出料管5上。该轴线与导流板母线平行的出料管下端封闭,伸出顶盖的上端敞开,其上设有出料口盖。涡旋导流板上端敞开,由外向内逐渐向下伸长的下端边设有与之相连的底板6,该底板的另一个边由外向内分别与壳体内壁及导流板相连构成物料流道,该流道的内端顶与出料管底部的侧通孔7相连通,与该流道外端顶处对应的顶盖上设有进料口8,顶盖上的另一个通孔为沼气出口9。

1、一种涡旋组合式保温沼气装置,其圆形槽壳体的上开口设有将其封闭的顶盖,其特征在于:上述壳体内设有母线与壳体侧壁平行的涡旋导流板,其外端边固定在壳体内壁上,内端边固定在出料管上,该轴线与导流板母线平行的出料管下端封闭,伸出顶盖的上端敞开,上端敞开的涡旋导流板由外向内逐渐向下伸长的下端边设有与之相连的底板,该底板的另一个边由外向内分别与壳体内壁及导流板相连构成物料流道,该流道的内端顶与出料管底部的侧通孔相连通,与该流道外端顶处对应的顶盖上设有进料口,顶盖上的另一个通孔为沼气出口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的涡旋组合式保温沼气装置,其特征在于:壳体外面设有保温层。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的涡旋组合式保温沼气装置,其特征在于:出料管敞开的上端设有出料口盖。
4、根据权利要求3所述的涡旋组合式保温沼气装置,其特征在于:壳体、顶盖、涡旋导流板、出料管和进料口均为独立部件,相互间用紧固件连接。
