现有的炊具中高压锅对食物蒸煮速度快，但食物蒸煮出来味道不好、食物营养成份易遭破坏；普通锅蒸煮食物，食物吸收水分不足，蒸煮食物需放一定的水，不能干蒸，食物蒸煮出来味道不纯。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种食物蒸煮出来味道好、纯正，食物营养成份不会破坏的蒸煮锅。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的，该蒸煮锅，包括锅体外壳、锅盖，锅体外壳内设有内胆，锅体外壳与内胆之间设有蒸汽夹层，在蒸汽夹层上端的内胆上开有蒸汽出孔，蒸汽夹层下端开有蒸汽入孔。
锅盖的内顶部呈圆弧状或锥状。
由于该蒸煮锅，在锅体外壳与内胆之间设有蒸汽夹层，蒸汽夹层上端的内胆上开有蒸汽出孔，蒸熟食物时，食物放在内胆内，将蒸煮锅的蒸汽入孔安放在沸腾的水上，蒸汽从蒸汽入孔通过蒸汽夹层、蒸汽出孔进入内胆，进入内胆的蒸汽不会通过蒸汽入孔返回蒸汽夹层，而在锅盖的呈圆弧状或锥状内顶部上凝聚成水，滴入内胆，被食物充分吸收，因此，该蒸煮锅可以干蒸食物，食物蒸煮出来味道好、纯正，食物营养成份不会破坏。

参考图1，该蒸煮锅，包括锅体外壳2、锅盖4，锅体外壳2内设有内胆3，锅体外壳2与内胆3之间设有蒸汽夹层1，在蒸汽夹层1上端的内胆上3开有蒸汽出孔6，蒸汽夹层1下端开有蒸汽入孔8。蒸熟食物时，食物放在内胆3内，将蒸煮锅的蒸汽入孔8安放在沸腾的水上，蒸汽从蒸汽入孔8通过蒸汽夹层1、蒸汽出孔6进入内胆3，锅盖4的内顶部7呈圆弧状或锥状，使蒸汽易在其内顶部7上凝聚成水，滴入内胆3。
锅盖4的外顶部设有蓄水凹池5，蒸熟食物时，常换入冷水，加速蒸汽在锅盖内顶部7上的凝聚。本实用新型可广泛用于餐馆、酒楼。

1，一种蒸煮锅，包括锅体外壳、锅盖，锅体外壳内设有内胆，其特征在于：锅体外壳与内胆之间设有蒸汽夹层，在蒸汽夹层上端的内胆上开有蒸汽出孔，蒸汽夹层下端开有蒸汽入孔。
