Abstract

自动控火燃气炉灶属于炉灶领域。其是由另设的一开关控制火焰大小,开关由竖向装设的压杆及装设在压杆上方的弹簧室和下方的阀室组成,压杆穿入阀室,阀室中的压杆下方装有阀块。阀室的一端与进气管连通,另一端与炉灶原打火开关连通。当炊具置放到炉灶时,压杆被压下,阀块随之向下,进气管口被完全打开,炉灶为正常火焰;当炊具离开炉灶时,压杆被弹簧弹起,阀块随之向上,进气管口大部被堵塞,炉灶为小火焰。如此,即可节省燃气。

自动控火燃气灶
1、技术领域:本实用新型的自动控火燃气炉灶属于炉灶领域。
2、背景技术:家庭或饭馆使用燃气炉灶炒菜时,经常要手持炒瓢离火上下翻炒,此时燃气白白浪费。
3、发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于:提出一种自动控火燃气炉灶,其可在炒瓢离火时,自动关小火焰;炒瓢置放到炉灶时,自动恢复火焰。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:自动控火燃气炉灶除原设的打火开关外由另设的开关控制火焰大小,该开关由竖向装设的压杆及装在压杆上方的弹簧室和下方的阀室组成,阀室的一端与进气管连通,另一端与炉灶原打火开关连通。压杆穿过阀室,阀室中的压杆下方装有阀块。当炊具置放到炉灶时,压杆被压下,阀块随之向下,进气管口被完全打开;当炊具离开炉灶时,压杆被弹簧弹起,阀块随之向上,进气管口大部被堵塞。
由于实行上述方案,就使得炊具离开炉灶时,控火开关自动关小火焰;炊具置放到炉灶时,控火开关自动恢复火焰。如此即可节省燃气。

实施例:如图1所示,自动控火燃气炉灶除原设的打火开关2外另设一开关控制火焰大小,该开关由竖向装设的压杆8及装设在其上部的弹簧室10、下部的阀室6组成。弹簧室10中,弹簧7套装在压杆8上,其下端抵触在弹簧室10的底部,上端与压杆8相连。压杆8穿入阀室6,在压杆8的下端装有阀块4。阀室6的一端与进气管5连通,另一端与打火开关2连通。
使用时,当炊具9置放到炉灶3时,压杆8被压下,阀块4随之向下,进气管口被完全打开,燃气炉灶3为正常火焰;当炊具9离开炉灶3时,压杆8被弹簧7弹起,阀块4随之向上,进气管口大部被堵塞,燃气炉灶3为小火焰。
在大火焰时,打火开关2仍可一如既往地控火;在小火焰时,打火开关2可对火焰进行更微细地控火。

Claims (2)

1、一种自动控火燃气炉灶,由另设的开关控制火焰大小,该开关由竖向装设的压杆及装设在压杆上方的弹簧室和下方的阀室组成,阀室的一端与进气管连通,另一端与炉灶原打火开关连通,其特征在于:压杆穿入阀室,阀室中的压杆下方装有阀块,炉灶上置放炊具时,压杆上端与炊具外底部顶触。
2、如权利要求1所述的自动控火燃气炉灶,其特征是:弹簧室中弹簧的下端抵触在弹簧室内底部,上端与压杆相连。
