技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种乳液泵，特别是一种带自锁机构的乳液泵。
背景技术
现有用于洗发露、沐浴露等乳液产品的乳液泵，包括按头、螺牙、本体、主柱、活塞、弹簧和上下单向阀；本体的上开口固定在螺牙内侧面，活塞与主柱连接并置于本体内，活塞或主柱与本体底部设有弹簧，主柱与按头固定连接；其原理是，当按压按头时，活塞向下运动使本体内的压力增大，下单向阀关闭上单向阀打开而将其内的乳液经活塞中央的通孔压出本体外，按头在没有外力作用时，在弹簧力作用下向上复位，上单向阀关闭下单向阀打开而将瓶内乳液吸入本体内以备下次压下按头时使用，这种乳液泵的缺点是没有自锁机构，不能防止小孩子按压，小孩如不慎将乳液放入口内将影响小孩子的健康，所以其安全性差。
发明内容
为了解决现有乳液泵中存在的安全性差的问题，本实用新型提供一种带自锁机构的乳液泵，它必须解锁后才能将瓶内乳液吸出。技术方案：
一种带自锁机构的乳液泵，包括按头、螺牙、本体、主柱、活塞、弹簧和上下单向阀；其特征在于主柱外壁沿轴向设有导向筋；在螺牙上设有套住主柱外壁的导向管，导向管内壁设有可让主柱上的导向筋通过的轴向导向槽，导向槽上段和下段的一侧分别沿导向管的弧形内壁开设缺口，当主柱位于最上方或最下方时，主柱可以转动使其导向筋离开导向管内的导向槽而进入所述的缺口内。
工作原理，当主柱上的导向筋正对导向管内的导向槽时，主柱可上下运动不受阻挡，当主柱位于最上方时，使主柱向导向槽上段的缺口方向转动，将主柱上的导向筋转入导向管的缺口内，这时主柱上的导向筋被导向管内壁阻挡不能向下压而被锁定；同理，当主柱位于最下方时，使主柱向导向槽下段的缺口方向转动，将主柱上的导向筋转入导向管的缺口内，这时主柱上的导向筋被导向管内壁阻挡不能向上复位而被锁定。要将其开锁只需将主柱回转使其上的导向筋重新落入导向管的导向槽内即可。
有益效果：
由于采用了本实用新型所述的技术方案，乳液泵本身带有自锁机构，小孩子在不懂得使用原理时，不能将乳液从乳液瓶内压出，不会对小孩子造成危害，而且防止了乳液的浪费。

具体实施方式：
图1是本实用新型所述的带自锁机构的乳液泵的一个实施例的内部结构示意图。
从图1可见，所述的带自锁机构的乳液泵，包括按头1、螺牙2、本体4、主柱3、活塞7、弹簧5和上下单向阀；其中上单向阀是由位于活塞7下侧的主柱3下部上开设的小孔与活塞7构成，当主柱3向下运动时打开，主柱3向上运动时主柱带动该小孔进入活塞7内孔被遮挡而关闭，主柱3外壁沿轴向设有导向筋301；在螺牙2上设有套住主柱3外壁的导向管21，导向管21内壁设有可让主柱上的导向筋301通过的导向槽201(另见图3和图4)。
从图3和图4中可见，导向槽201上段和下段的一侧分别沿导向管21的弧形内壁开设上缺口202和下缺口203，上下缺口与导向槽201的连接处还设有起导向作用的上导向头204和下导向头205，当主柱3位于最下方时，主柱3可以转动使其导向筋301离开导向管内的导向槽201而进入下缺口203内被卡住而不能向上回弹，如图1所示状态；当然主柱3位于最上方时其原理是一样的在此不作多述。
图2所示是主柱上的导向筋201位于导向管21的导向槽201内时的状态示意图，这时乳液泵与普通的一样，其按头可上下自由运动。

1、一种带自锁机构的乳液泵，包括按头、螺牙、本体、主柱、活塞、弹簧和上下单向阀；其特征在于主柱外壁沿轴向设有导向筋；在螺牙上设有套住主柱外壁的导向管，导向管内壁设有可让主柱上的导向筋通过的轴向导向槽，导向槽上段和下段的一侧分别沿导向管的弧形内壁开设缺口，当主柱位于最上方或最下方时，主柱可以转动使其导向筋离开导向管内的导向槽而进入所述的缺口内。
