双检测旋进旋涡流量计
技术领域本实用新型涉及旋涡流量计,尤是指一种旋进旋涡流量计。
背景技术
现有旋进旋涡流量计是目前国内气体及天然气体计量的首选产品,但由于压电式检测探头灵敏度高,在空管或低流量时,管线振动产生的干扰信号也同样会被检测进去,引起计量累积误差。目前现有的同类产品是在同一检测区对称位置安放两个检测器,当振动方向改变时,两检测器检测到的信号相位也随着改变。当仪表通径不同时,产生旋涡频率也不同,也就是频率间的距离不同,因此在同一个检测区对称的的检测位置所检测到的信号相位也会改变,这样就不能有效地区分正常的流量信号和管线振动引起的干扰信号;由此造成计量困扰和积算误差,致使流量计的准确性、可靠性降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是排除由管线振动引起的干扰信号,减小计量误差,提供一种较为准确、可靠的双检测旋进旋涡流量计。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:双检测旋进旋涡流量计,其包括:传感器、连接件及积算显示仪,并设有差模电路,其特征是:于传感器内设有至少二个检测探头。
上述设计,在流量计即流量计传感器内不同检测区域或在同一测量区域不对称的位置,安放多个检测探头,同时检测正常流量信号和干扰信号,利用差模电路对两种信号进行区别,抑制振动干扰信号,达到提高抗振性能,减少计量误差的目的,使检测计量较为准确和可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示:本实用新型包括:传感器10、连接件20及积算显示仪30,并设有差模电路,其特征是:于传感器10内设有至少二个流量检测探头A、B。其中,流量检测探头A、B,都采用压电晶体作检测元件;
如图1所示:其中,流量检测探头A、B分别处于不同的检测区域,即流量检测探头A位于流量检测敏感区,另一流量检测探头B位于其下游。
如图2所示:其中,流量检测探头A、B分别位于同一检测区域,但呈不对称设置,即位于同一检测区域的不对称位置。
此外,本实用新型,其中,流量检测探头数量为2个或2个以上。但当然这些流量检测探头应设置不同检测区域或同一区域的不对称位置,这样,能达到同样良好的检测效果,准确、可靠。

1、双检测旋进旋涡流量计,其包括:传感器、连接件及积算显示仪,并设有差模电路,其特征是:于传感器内设有至少二个流量检测探头。
2、如权利要求1所述的双检测旋进旋涡流量计,其特征是:其中,流量检测探头,都采用压电晶体作检测元件。
3、如权利要求1所述的双检测旋进旋涡流量计,其特征是:其中,流量检测探头分别处于不同的检测区域,即检测探头位于流量检测敏感区,另一检测探头位于其下游。
4、如权利要求1所述的双检测旋进旋涡流量计,其特征是:其中,流量检测探头分别位于同一检测区域,但呈不对称设置,即位于同一检测区域的不对称位置。
