(一)技术领域:本实用新型涉及建筑,是一种平屋面防水隔热平瓦。
(二)背景技术:建筑行业中,为防止平屋面漏水,或采用油毡复盖,或采用石棉水泥簿板复盖,到目前为止,始终没有出现经久耐用、维护方便的屋顶复盖结构。
(三)发明内容:针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种平屋面防水隔热平瓦,它经久耐用、隔热防漏、维护方便、美观大方。
本实用新型的技术方案是:平屋面防水隔热平瓦由瓦、主沟和副沟三种构件组成,其特征在于:瓦呈正方形,瓦的四周具有定位唇边;主沟的断面呈∪形,两侧壁上均布设有供副沟嵌入的缺口;副沟的断面呈∪形,两端均设有与主沟的缺口联接的嵌入唇边。
本实用新型系三种构件组合的整体,拆装方便,其有益效果是:经久耐用、隔热防漏、维护方便、美观大方。

(五)具体实施方式:参看图1、图2,三种构件均系薄板经过模压加工制成,可用铝合金、塑钢质材料,瓦[1]还可采用石棉、玻璃、水泥等其他材料制造,瓦呈正方形,边长500mm,主沟[2]深80mm,两相邻的缺口[5]的间距502mm,副沟[3]深30mm,两端的嵌入唇边[6]应能与缺口[5]吻接,图2为三根主沟[2]与九根副沟[3]组合成的井形沟槽,沟槽的纵横间距均为502mm,瓦[1]复盖在沟槽之间的方孔上,瓦的定位唇边[4]朝下,主沟的长度取决于屋面宽度或长度,组合后的瓦与瓦之间空隙仅2mm,雨水经空隙、副沟、主沟流出。
