Description

U形滑环密封圈
本实用新型涉及一种高性能的密封圈，特别适用于液压气动往复运动的密封。
目前，在液压、气动往复运动用的U形密封圈主要由U形橡胶圈、支承环组成，其结构复杂，橡胶密封圈易磨损，不耐高压，易翻转，摩擦力偏大，使用寿命短。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，密封性能好，耐高压，摩擦力小，使用寿命长的高性能U形滑环密封圈。
本实用新型是以如下技术方案实现的：该密封圈由一个U形滑环和嵌入U形滑环凹槽内的O形弹性圈组成，在U形滑环跟部留有导角，滑环密封唇口厚度根据工况需要选定。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步详细描述：
图1是本实用新型的主视图。
图2是用于活塞杆密封的安装主视图。
图中，(1)U形滑环，(2)O形圈，(3)活塞杆，(4)缸体，(5)压盖，6为U形滑环的唇边厚度，箭头所示为流体压力的方向。
参照图1，O形弹性圈(2)嵌入U形滑环(1)的凹槽内，O形弹性圈通常使用橡胶圈，O形圈具有预压缩量，U形滑环唇口厚度δ根据工况需要选定。在本实施例中，U形滑环采用聚四氟乙烯材料制作。
参照图2，U形滑环密封圈装在活塞杆(3)与缸体(4)间，用压盖(5)盖紧。箭头所示方向为液压或气压压力方向。U形滑环唇边部分紧紧贴合在被密封表面。工作时在流体压力的作用下密封径向力相应增大，密封圈唇部和被密封面的贴合更紧密，故压力越大，密封性能越好。
由于采用了上述方案，本实用新型和现有技术相比具有结构简单，易于制作的优点，且密封性能好，摩擦力小，耐高压，寿命长。适用于各类机械设备的动、静密封，尤其适用于液压、气动往复运动密封，既可孔用，也可轴用。

1、一种U形滑环密封圈，其特征是密封圈由一个U形滑环(1)和嵌入U形滑环凹槽内的O形弹性圈(2)组成，在U形滑环跟部留有导角。
2、根据权利要求1所述U形滑环密封圈，其特征是U形滑环用聚四氟乙烯材料制作。
3、根据权利要求1所述U形滑环密封圈，其特征是弹性圈(2)是橡胶圈。
