背景技术：雨季、遇到雨雪天气或通过泥泞道路时，骑摩托车、单车或行走之人的鞋袜常被浸湿或弄脏，雨鞋和雨裤又不方便使用，虽说有人提出过防水套鞋，它是由鞋面和鞋套连接而成，但使用时需像穿脱一般裤子那样操作，而且由于鞋底部分要穿过裤罩部分，会弄脏裤子和鞋子。
发明内容：本实用新型提出一种改进的防雨脚套，鞋套是用薄而柔软的防水布料或塑料制成，由于在后部或侧面开有带连接件的纵向开口，因而使用时不需像穿脱裤子那样操作，供人们下雨时使用，不用换穿雨鞋。
本实用新型通过以下技术措施实现：防水材料制作的鞋面顶部有一道弹性固定圈，腿套的后部或一侧面沿纵向分为两边，在该两边上设有互为对应配合的连接件，使该两边可方便地连接或分离。
上述固定在腿套后部或侧面上的连接件可是尼龙拉毛粘胶布、松紧带、钮扣；鞋面顶部是一塑性软质固定圈。
