Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种线圈座定位构造,涉及一种线圈外壳或支架,主要解决组装方便等技术问题,其相应技术方案是,在线圈座的厚实部上以区隔部定义围出一具开口端的固定区间,在厚实部上对应定位元件处设有一穿设孔,固定元件直接经穿设孔组接有定位元件,适用各式线圈座的定位固定。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种线圈外壳或支架。
背景技术:
为了可以让线圈安装于电器用品构造壳,与机壳形成一绝缘状态,以防止高压漏电现象,以及符合高压漏电测试,习知线圈座构造如图1所示,其具有一线圈座1,其内具有一置放区,其外具有一缠绕区,而前述的缠绕区的两侧厚实部上各延伸有一相对称的组接部,藉前述的线圈座安装于机壳,与机壳形成一绝缘状态,具有防止高压漏电现象,以及符合高压漏电测试。
前列产品虽以有效解除传统变压器缺失,但是在组装上,却常因为组接部距离较短,且与矽钢片过于接近,在组装时由于必须从机壳外部穿设螺钉到组接部上的孔位,另一手又需拿取螺母相对组接,对使用者而言相当难以实施,且往往一不小心,就有可能不小心受到矽钢片割伤,再由于螺母、螺钉体积小,常常造成使用者不慎将其掉入机壳内部,因而造成电器用品短路等危险情事,此外,从厚实部二侧延伸出组接部承重量并不足够,则会在电器用品操作产生晃动时,因承载力度过度而造成断裂情事发生。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型新要解决的技术问题是,提供一种改进的线圈座定位构造,它能让使用者组装方便,操作安全。
解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是,在线圈座的厚实部上以区隔部定义围出一具开口端供定位元件内置的固定区间,在厚实部上对应对位元件处设有一穿设孔,线圈安装于机壳的固定元件直接经由该穿设孔组接有定位元件。
本实用新型藉由定位元件、固定区间、穿设孔和固定元件的设置,使用者只要一手握持线圈座,即可轻易将固定元件直接经由穿设孔和定位元件组接,从而将线圈座安装在机壳上,操作方便,且不再产生受到矽钢片割伤的危险。

具体实施方式:
参照图2、3、4,线圈座定位构造的线圈座10是由二半体11、12组合而成,于线圈座10的各半体11、12厚实部13上以区隔部14定义围出一具开口端141供定位元件15内置的固定区间142,并于厚实部13上对应定位元件15处设有一穿设孔143,其中,该固定区间142上对应固定元件16长度延伸有一容置区间147,该定位元件15及固定元件16为一相匹配的螺母及螺钉,而前述的厚实部13、区隔部14、限制凸条145均可在线圈座10射出成型时一体制作,而可达成本低的效益。
参照图5,是本实用新型另一固定区间142示意图,为提供定位元件15稳固定位于固定区间142内,且避免固定元件16螺接时,定位元件15随固定元件16转动而失去其定位效果,固定区间142内端部系形成一对应定位元件15的定位部144,以定位元件15为六角螺母说明,该定位部144即为符合定位元件15二端面而让固定区间142形成一限制定位元件15转动方式,且再定位元件15从开口端141置入固定区间142时,为增加其定位效果,可如图4区隔部14在固定区间142内设有限制凸条145,或者如图5区隔部14于固定区间142内设有限制凸块146,其目的均在于定位元件15置入固定区间142后,利用塑胶材质本身有挠性,使定位元件15可置入后受到限制凸块146或限制凸条145围固而不会从开口端141掉出。
参照图6所示,制作完成,并将已层叠压制矽钢片20装设于线圈座10上,此时,使用者只要一手握持线圈座10,由于定位元件15已内置于线圈座10上,使用者只要用工具将固定元件16穿过机壳30并由穿设孔143置入容置区间147,便可与定位元件15螺接,而让线圈座10稳固定位于机壳30上,更由于固定区间142是由厚实部13及区隔部14围出,故可有效避免电器用品因过度晃动而造成组接处断裂情事发生,更提供产品安全维护之效。

Claims (7)

1、一种线圈座定位构造,包括线圈座,其特征在于:在线圈座(10)的厚实部(13)上以区隔部(14)定义围出一具开口端(141)供定位元件(15)内置的固定区间(142),并于厚实部(13)上对应定位元件(15)处设有一穿设孔(143),线圈安装于机壳的固定元件(16)直接经由该穿设孔(143)组接有定位元件(15)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的线圈座定位构造,其特征是该固定区间(142)上对应固定元件(16)长度延伸有一容置区间(147)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的线圈座定位构造,其特征是该定位元件(15)及固定元件(16)为一相匹配的螺母及螺钉。
4、根据权利要求1所述的线圈座定位构造,其特征是该区隔部(14)是于固定区间(142)内设有限制凸块(146)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的线圈座定位构造,其特征是该区隔部(14)是于固定区间(142)内设有限制凸条(145)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的线圈座定位构造,其特征是该固定区间(142)内端部是形成有一对应定位元件(15)的定位部(144)。
7、根据权利要求1所述的线圈座定位构造,其特征是该线圈座(10)是组合有二半体(11、12)。
