Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种农用塑胶防护遮网结构,可挡遮于农作物上以防虫害,其是利用增加织布机之综框及桃盘调整织布机的织造条件,直接织造成两端密接成一体而中间形成三层(或三层以上)各自分开独立的网布结构,其两端密接处为经纬线交错较中间部分紧密,将第一层自与密接处接连之两端中之一端缘处剪开,第三层则自与第一层相对之另一端缘处剪开,即可展开成一宽幅单层网布。

本实用新型是一种农用塑胶防护遮网结构,属于农业生产资料领域。
一般农用防护遮网其网与网间的接连处多为以缝线车缝将遮网连接加宽,而因遮网的性质多为塑胶纤维平织而成,因此以缝线车缝的遮网其接连处极易因网缘毛边而散开脱落,且此种结构亦容易产生破洞,其网与网间的连接结构实有改良之必要。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术存在的缺点,提供一种连接紧密的农用塑胶防护遮网结构。
本实用新型的技术方案:
本新型与一般织物的单层结构不同,主要是利用增加织布机的综框及桃盘,调整织布机的织造条件,以织成两端密接成一体而中间形成三层(或更多层)各自分开独立的网布,因该网布是两端密接、中间分开,因此若将各单数层网布(第1.3.5…)自两端密接处之一端(若第1层自左端剪开,第3层自右端剪开…)剪开,即可展开成一长条单层的网布。
本新型不会有接缝处破裂散开之虞,且在本新型尚未剪开时,多层相叠的结构是藉调整织布机而直接织成,不须添加任何加工程序。
下面结合附图及实施例对本新型作一说明。图示说明:

图1至图3为本实用新型农用塑胶防护遮网结构的实施例,本实施例为两端密接中间形成各自分开独立成三层相叠的网布,此网布是调整织布机藉由增加两个综框及两个桃盘以平织法所直接织造而成,其长度可视遮网所需长度而调整,其两端密接处S为经纬线交错较中间部分紧密,该部分是三层网线交错编织成密实的单层,因而形成中间分开成三层但两端却密实连接成一层的网布结构。因此将第一层自与密接处S接连两端中之A端处剪开,第三层则自与第一层相对之B端处剪开,即可展开成一加宽单层之网布,形成一不会有接缝处破裂散开之虞的防护遮网。
综上所述,本新型具有改良现有缺点且可节省制造成本及人力,具有经济效益及实际功效,在使用中具有结实耐拉不易破损,延长了使用寿命,只要对织布机稍加改进,就可以织出宽幅为三倍以上的遮护网布,为十分优良的遮网结构。
Claims (2)
1.一种农用塑胶防护遮网结构,其特征在于:该结构是直接织造成两端密接成一体而中间形成三层各自分开独立之网布,两端密接处S为经纬线交错较中间部分紧密,且该部分是三层网线交错编织成密实之单层,中间分开成三层,可将第一层自与密接处S接连之A端处剪开,第三层则自B端处剪开,展开成一宽幅单层的网布结构。
2.如权利要求1所述之农用塑胶防护遮网结构,其特征在于:其中直接织造成两端密接成一体而中间形成三层以上各自分开独立的网布。
