本实用新型属于一种家用电器，具体地说是一种电炊具。
目前，市场上出售的各种高压锅都没有设置能间接容纳米及去除水中部分有害物质的装置，而是直接把米和水加入高压锅内；然而，当今的水质大多数受到污染，用该水煮成的饭易使食用者患多种疾病。如地下水矿物质偏高，易使人得结石病；农药残留于米和水中，会使人中毒等等。
本实用新型的目的是创造一种高压锅内置的保健煲。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它置于高压锅内，煲体为椭圆柱体，煲体的侧面和底部设有孔，煲底连有一座环。
本实用新型的优点是：米等食物置于保健煲内，间接与高压锅接触，类似于蒸汽蒸饭，可去掉水中大部分杂质和有害物质。此煲煮饭，是先煮后蒸，饭不易焦糊，味道好，杂质少，有益人类身体健康。

如图1、2所示，该煲体为置于高压锅内的一椭圆柱体，煲体的侧面设有孔5，底部设有孔2，以利于水和汽的流动及排放，煲的底部连有一座环3，使煲底与高压锅底有一定距离，以便存水来浸润米及滤去部分有害物质。座环3的侧面也设有孔4，便于水和汽的流动。煲的上边沿为宽边1，便于煲从高压锅中取出或放入。

1一种高压锅保健煲它置于高压锅内，其特征在于：煲体为椭圆柱体，煲体的侧面和底部设有孔(5、2)，煲底连有一座环(3)。
