人们为了治疗疾病或强身健体，要么是内服药品；要么是外敷药膏来实现。内服药品尽管效果好，见效快，但是会产生一些副作用，且使用不便。外敷药膏粘接不牢固容易滑落，且易伤皮肤。
本实用新型之目的，在于提供一种医疗保健带，其克服了现有技术上述之不足，既能达到医疗保健之目的，又使用方便，经久耐用。
为达到上述之目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：
本实用新型包括有前护带、后护带等，前护带与后护带之间有粘接带，前护带与后护带内均装有药袋。
本实用新型采取上述技术方案，具有以下有益效果：本实用新型由于将具有治疗保健作用的药袋放置于前护带与后护带内，使用时，将本实用新型通过粘接带固定于腰上，前护带对准神阙穴，后护带对准命门穴，药袋内的药散发后通过两穴作用于人体，达到医疗和保健的目的。药袋失效后可更换，本实用新型能长期使用。
