紧凑型冷阴极荧光灯
本实用新型涉及的是一种大功率紧凑型荧光灯,可直接代替普通热阴极紧凑型荧光灯和钨丝灯泡,用于照明和交通灯等。
目前,现有技术的热阴极紧凑型荧光灯,由于有约70%的输入功率将转变成热能,且主要的热量来自灯管,因此,大功率热阴极紧凑型荧光灯一般为敞开式的紧凑型荧光灯,外形为螺旋形或H形等,不仅体积大,且外形与传统的灯泡不同,不受用户欢迎。为此,目前正在开发体积小、外形与传统钨丝灯泡相似泡壳的紧凑型荧光灯。但因泡壳是密封的,灯管产生的大量热量无法有效发散,使灯管温度升高,致使灯管温度超过其最佳工作温度,发光效率和寿命严重下降,难于制成高效、长寿命的大功率紧凑型荧光灯。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述存在的不足,而提供一种可制成灯的外形与钨丝灯泡相似、高效率、长寿命的大功率紧凑型荧光灯。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的。它包括至少一支冷阴极荧光灯管,一个驱动器及其外壳,一个灯头,一个泡壳,所述的冷阴极荧光灯管为至少二支并相互串接成一支灯管,它们被固定在驱动器外壳顶部上,驱动器的输入端经连接线和灯头相连,驱动器的输出端经连接线与灯管二端的电极相连。
所述的泡壳由玻璃或塑料制成,泡壳上有至少一个通孔。
所述的至少二支冷阴极荧光灯管被串接成一支宝塔形螺旋灯管,螺旋形的锥角大于5°。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型作详细的介绍:图1所示为有二层螺旋形冷阴极荧光灯管1a和1b的例子。二支灯管相互连接成一支灯管2,灯管的二端设置有电极3,另有驱动器4,及其外壳5,灯头6,泡壳7。所述的泡壳7为透明或漫射的泡壳,由玻璃或塑料制成,泡壳上有至少一个通孔8。当用于交通灯时,泡壳7为透明的,也可不用泡壳。灯管1a和1b被固定在驱动器外壳顶部9上,驱动器4的输入端通过连接线10和11与灯头6相连,并通过灯头6与外电压相连。驱动器4的输出端经过连接线12和13与灯管1a和1b的二端电极3相连。当输入电压接通后,驱动器4的输出即可点亮灯管1a和1b。
当用于交通灯时,为了使出射光更集中,正面亮度更高,所说灯管1a和1b可为宝塔形,即螺旋形的锥角14可较大,例如大于5°。
图2所示的泡壳7为封闭的泡壳,泡壳腔体15与驱动器腔体16之间有隔热装置,例如空气隙17,以减少灯管温度对驱动器的影响。空气隙17的四周,为了使灯美观,可设置有一系列通孔18。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,可制成高效率、小体积的大功率冷阴极荧光灯,具有效率高、寿命长、功率大、外形小等优点。可用于照明和交通灯等。

Claims (4)

1、一种紧凑型冷阴极荧光灯,它包括至少一支冷阴极荧光灯管,一个驱动器及其外壳,一个灯头,一个泡壳,其特征在于冷阴极荧光灯管为至少二支并相互串接成一支灯管(1a、1b),它们被固定在驱动器外壳顶部(9)上,驱动器(4)的输入端经连接线(10,11)和灯头(6)相连,驱动器(4)的输出端经连接线(12,13)与灯管(1a、1b)二端的电极(3)相连。
2、如权利要求1所述的紧凑型冷阴极荧光灯,其特征在于所述的泡壳(7)由玻璃或塑料制成,泡壳上有至少一个通孔(8)。
3、如权利要求1所述的紧凑型冷阴极荧光灯,其特征在于所述泡壳(7)为封闭的,泡壳腔体(15)与驱动器腔体(16)之间有良好的隔热层,例如空气隙(17),空气隙四周设置有通孔(18)。
4、如权利要求1所述的紧凑型冷阴极荧光灯,其特征在于所述的至少二支冷阴极荧光灯管(1a、1b)被串接成一支宝塔形螺旋灯管,螺旋形的锥角(14)大于5°。
