Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种农田管道用水闸阀,属于闸门领域。该闸阀包括上壳和下壳结合的阀体、螺杆阀芯、手柄、进水口、出水口,其特征在于下壳底部中央开进水口,于进水口外环开出水口,螺杆阀芯底部橡胶套托垫的压水盖向下可关闭进水口。使用时受柄下压旋转90度即可,该闸阀结构简单,成本低廉,比通常的螺纹开关阀动作简捷迅速、实用,式样美观大方。出水口向下避免水乱流。而且便于拆装维修。
Description
本实用新型涉及闸门领域，具体说是一种农田管道用水闸阀。
我国是缺水的国家之一，农业缺水十分严重。但是，目前农村水资源浪费仍然严重。农村管道输水的管道开关多为铸铁闸阀，价格昂贵。也有很多是采用砖压、蛇皮袋装砂土压出水口，几乎成了开放式，或半开放式，浪费惊人。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种适用农村的农田管道用水闸阀，以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是按以下技术方案设计的。
由上壳和下壳结合的阀体、螺杆阀芯、手柄、进水口、出水口构成，在下壳底部中央开进水口，于进水口外环开出水口，螺杆阀芯底部橡胶套托垫的压水盖向下可关闭进水口。
使用时，下压手柄旋转90度，关闭闸阀，压水盖及橡胶套封堵进水口，用水时，手柄旋转90度快速提起螺杆，压水盖打开，由进水口进入的水即通过阀腔由多个出水口排除出。
这样设计的农田管道用水闸阀结构简单，成本低廉，比通常的螺纹开关阀动作简捷迅速、实用式样美观大方。出水口向下避免水乱流。而且便于拆装维修。

附图说明：1手柄、2螺杆阀芯、3螺杆外套、4闸体紧固孔、5闸体上壳、6闸体下壳、7压水盖、8橡胶套、9、10紧固螺栓、11垫圈、12进水口、13出水口。
由上壳和下壳结合的阀体、螺杆阀芯、手柄、进水口、出水口构成，在下壳底部中央开进水口，于进水口外环开出水口，螺杆阀芯底部橡胶套托垫的压水盖向下可关闭进水口。
闸阀经上壳对应两侧紧固孔将其与下壳螺固。
压水盖成锥底盘型。螺杆阀芯与螺杆外套为半螺纹旋接。
进水口外环开出水口呈环行排列8个相同直径的圆孔。出水口孔径φ32，进水口为3.5英寸接口。还可根据需要制成多种型号。
Claims (5)
1．一种农田管道用水闸阀，包括由上壳和下壳结合的阀体、螺杆阀芯、手柄、进水口、出水口构成，其特征在于下壳底部中央开进水口，于进水口外环开出水口，螺杆阀芯底部橡胶套托垫的压水盖向下可关闭进水口。
2．根据权利要求1所述的闸阀，其特征在于闸阀经上壳对应两侧紧固孔将其与下壳螺固。
3．根据权利要求1所述的闸阀，其特征在于压水盖成锥底盘型。
4．根据权利要求1所述的闸阀，其特征在于进水口外环开出水口呈环行排列8个相同直径的圆孔。
5．根据权利要求1所述的闸阀，其特征在于螺杆阀芯与螺杆外套为半螺纹旋接。
