Abstract
本具有天然木纹装饰层的踢脚线,是在由刨花板或中纤板或多层板或细木工板制作的踢脚线的上表面牢固粘接有一层刨切的指接材单板,利用天然树木的自然纹理美化装饰地板,给人以享受来自大自然天然美的感受。踢脚线表面喷涂透明油漆或清漆,使地板具有防水、防污、经久耐磨的效果。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种具有天然木纹装饰层的踢脚线。
已有的踢脚线，全部采用实木制作，且采用的实木板材均为满足踢脚线宽度要求的实木板材。为满足人们日益高涨的居室装饰需求，将耗用大量的天然林木板材。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种既具有天然木材的装饰效果，又能充分利用木材资源的美观、实惠的踢脚线。
本实用新型的结构特征达到了上述设计目的。本具有天然木纹装饰层的踢脚线芯板采用刨花板或中纤板或细木工板或多层板制作，在芯板上表面牢固粘接一层刨切的指接材单板，利用刨切的指接材单板的天然木纹来装饰踢脚线，使人感觉踢脚线是采用实木制作。不仅给人以自然、真实的美的感受，还为国家节约了大量优质林木。
为了保护刨切的指接材单板层，可在踢脚线芯板表面喷涂一层透明油漆或清漆，可达到防水、防污、防磨损、延长使用寿命的目的。
图1是本踢脚线纵向剖面图。
由图可见芯板1采用中密度纤维板制作，在中纤板表面牢固粘接一层刨切的指接材单板2。为保护刨切的指接材单板，在踢脚线芯板上表面喷涂了一层透明聚氨酯清漆3，即可达到防水、防污、耐磨和延长使用寿命的目的。
本踢脚线充分利用了人工板材的资源，配以刨切的指接材单板的天然木层，以真实的自然纹理来装饰踢脚线，既提高了人们的居室装修档次，又为国家节约了大量的实木板材。

1．一种具有天然木纹装饰层的踢脚线，其芯板为刨花板或中纤板或细木工板或多层板，其特征在于贴脚线材上表面牢固粘接有一层刨切的指接材单板。
2．如权利要求1所述的具有天然木纹装饰层的踢脚线，其特征在于刨切的指接材单板表面喷涂有透明油漆或清漆。
