本实用新型公开了一种太阳能水箱水位控制阀,其包括阀座(1)、浮子(2)、连杆(3)、阀芯(4),浮子(2)位于阀座(1)上部,通过连杆(3)与阀芯(4)固定相联,阀芯(4)位于阀座(1)的下部,阀座(1)内壁中部有环形挡筋(5),连杆(3)中下部有挡杆(6)。本实用新型将浮子(2)放于水箱中,上水时浮子(2)与阀芯(4)在浮力作用下上浮,堵塞管道停止上水,控制水位。使用时阀芯(4)失去浮力下沉,开通管道,水箱水被充分利用。

本实用新型涉及一种水位的控制阀,具体地系一种太阳能水箱水位控制阀。
目前,太阳能热水器已走进了千家万户,成为利用太阳能为人类服务较为普遍的一种产品,深受广大用户喜爱。然而太阳能水箱由于处于房屋顶上或其它较高位置处,给上水带来不便,经常造成由于水箱水位超高溢水现象。既浪费了水也影响了环境。
本实用新型之目的,在于提供一种太阳能水箱水位控制装置,使太阳能水箱水位到达预定高度即停止上水,避免了水位超高溢水现象的发生。
为达到上述之目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:本实用新型包括:阀座、浮子、连杆、阀芯,浮子位于阀座上部,通过连杆与阀芯固定相联,阀芯位于阀座的下部,阀座内壁中部有环形挡筋,连杆中下部有挡杆,控制浮子与阀芯的活动范围。
本实用新型采取上述之结构,具有以下有益效果:将本实用新型的浮子先通过水箱进出水口插入水箱内,使阀座与水箱进出水口联接一起,阀座下端联接进水管和排水管。上水时,关闭排水管节门,打开进水管节门,水通过阀座进入水箱内,水箱内水位不断上涨,浮子与阀芯在浮力作用下上移,到达一定位置,阀芯与阀座内壁的挡筋接触,封闭管路,上水停止,水位固定。使用水时,关闭进水管节门,打开排水管节门,排水管中的水流出,使阀芯失去水的浮力,浮子与阀芯在重力作用下下落,开通水路,太阳能水箱中的水流出使用。

由图1可以看出:本实用新型包括:阀座1、浮子2、连杆3、阀芯4,阀座1为管状体,内壁中部有凸起的环形挡筋5,浮子2位于阀座1上部,其下端通过连杆3固定联接阀芯4,阀芯4能与环形挡筋5接触密封管道。连杆3中下部有与之垂直的挡杆6,挡杆6下落时与环形挡筋5接触,使浮子2与阀芯4停止下落。
本实用新型浮子2与阀芯4的选材与体积比较关键,但是都要遵守一个原则:浮子2与阀芯4在水的浮力作用下能上浮;而阀芯4失去水的浮力时浮子2与阀芯4会下沉。
