Abstract
一种万向活接管件,主要由锁管、密封圈、锁母、涨圈、双头双球面接头组成。将锁管内口装入密封圈,将双头双球面接头的球面对准锁管内口,然后用锁母将双头双球面接头与锁管锁紧。本实用新型使两个对接的管线,因安装或制造等原因,产生轴线位移(错位)时,可以快速安装对接,并保证不会出现渗漏等现象。
Description
本实用新型涉及到水暖管件,具体地说是一种万向活接管件。
目前我国水暖管件均属于硬连接,只能用各种方法将管子搬弯来连接。这种安装方式,既费时又费工,还容易造成管道系统出现渗漏现象。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可靠、简便的、能调整轴向偏差的快装管件。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种万向活接管件,其特征在于:它由锁管、密封圈、锁母、涨圈、双头双球面接头组成;双头双球面接头为两端各有一球面体的空心管,该二球面体内对称地各套入一锁母,该锁母底部装有涨圈与球面体构成密封。锁母以螺纹连接一锁管,该锁管内装有密封圈与球面体的顶部构成移动密封。该锁管另端有连接螺纹。所述锁管、锁母、双头双球面接头的材质为玛钢或铜。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、利用硬连接方式,解决了接管两端轴向位移(错位)问题。
2、连接方式牢固、可靠,不易出现渗漏现象。
3、安装、维修时省工、省时、提高工作效率。

附图是本实用新型万向活接管件组装状态下的结构剖面图。
万向活接管件由锁管1、密封圈2、锁母3、涨圈4、双头双球面接头5组成。
将锁母3套入双头双球面接头5,在锁母内装入涨圈4。将锁管内1口装入密封圈2。双头双球面接头5的球面对准锁管1内口,然后用锁母3将双头双球面接头5与锁管1锁紧。
这样两头的锁管1在轴向位移(错位)较大的情况时,始终可以保证双头双球面接头5的球面与锁管1处于密封圈2的作用下,使管道保持密封状态。

1、一种万向活接管件,其特征在于:它由锁管(1)、密封圈(2)、锁母(3)、涨圈(4)、双头双球面接头(5)组成;双头双面接头(5)为两端各有一球面体的空心管,该二球面体内对称地各套入一锁母(3),该锁母底部装有涨圈(4)与球面体构成密封,锁母(3)以螺纹连接一锁管(1),该锁管内装有密封圈(2)与球面体的顶部构成移动密封,该锁管另端有连接螺纹。
2、如权利要求1所述的万向活接管件,其特征在于:锁管(1)、锁母(3)、双头双球面接头(5)的材质为玛钢或铜。
