Abstract
本实用新型是一种多功能太阳能饮水机。包括机架(8)、水箱、太阳能真空集热排管(7)及与之配合的真空金属导热热管,其特征在于真空金属导热管的上端(6)伸入水箱中部,水箱有内胆(1)保温层(3)和外皮(2),其中部有独立的加热水腔(5),顶部有冷凝装置,冷凝装置之下有冷凝水汇流板(4),汇流板两侧有冷凝水出口,一个出口接入加热水腔,另一出口输出冷凝水,水箱中下部是加热区,设有水位控制器(24)及进水阀(25),水箱底部有排污口(20),下部有洗涤水出口(18),加热水腔的出口有温控探头,并有放空管,冷凝装置一端进一次水,另一端接进水阀(25)。本实用新型可用于海水淡化,只用太阳能而不消耗其它能源,不对环境造成任何污染,而且充分利用热能,可同时产生冷热饮用水,对含盐碱较多或遭污染的水也可进行处理。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种利用太阳能进行水处理的装置,特别是一种太阳能饮水机。
有关应用太阳能集热排管及真空金属导热管的技术较多,如中国专利“家用型真空管式太阳能热水器水箱”(申请号:99101540),其水箱内设有浮球控制开关,主要功能是提供热水,不是饮用水。中国专利“太阳能蒸馏水发生器”(申请号:98227067),公开了一种在真空管太阳能热水器基础上生产蒸馏水的装置,该装置有一组带坡度的冷凝管和蒸馏水装置,但这一装置的热利用率较低,不能产生冷、热饮用水。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以海水,不可饮用水为一次水生产出纯净冷、热饮用水热效率较高的多功能太阳能饮水机。
本实用新型按下述方案实现:
一种多功能太阳能饮水机,包括机架、水箱、太阳能真空集热排管及与之配合的真空金属导热热管,其特征在于真空金属导热热管的上端伸入水箱中部,水箱有内胆、保温层和外皮,其中部有独立的加热水腔,顶部有冷凝装置,冷凝装置之下有冷凝水汇流板,汇流板两侧有冷凝水出口,一个出口接入加热水腔,另一出口输出冷凝水,水箱中下部是加热区,设有水位控制器及进水阀,水箱底部有排污口,下部有洗涤水出口,加热水腔的出口有温控探头,并有放空管,冷凝装置一端进一次水,另一端接进水阀;
冷凝装置是蛇形盘管;
冷凝装置也可以是夹套式或排管式冷凝装置;
加热水腔是蛇形盘管式;
加热水腔也可以是夹套式或排管式;
水位控制器是浮球式水位控制器。
本实用新型可用于海水淡化,只用太阳能而不消耗其它能源,不对环境造成任何污染,而且充分利用热能,可同时产生冷热饮用水,对含盐碱较多或遭污染的水也可进行处理。由于无需电、煤加热,该装置可在有阳光的任何地方使用。

以下结合附图对本实用新型结构进行更详细的描述。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括机架机架上固定有水箱,太阳能真空集热排管斜置,其内有真空金属导热热管,导热管一端6伸入水箱中部,位于独立的加热水腔5之下,水箱有内胆1,其外是保温层3,保温层外是外皮2,水箱顶部有冷凝装置10,该装置可以是蛇管式的,也可以是夹套式或排管式的,加热水腔5也可以是蛇管式的、夹套式的或排管式的,冷凝装置之下有冷凝水汇流板,汇流板两侧有冷凝水出口9,一个出口接入加热水腔(管23),另一出口输出冷凝水(管17、阀27),可作为冷饮用水,水箱的中下部是加热区,设有浮球24控制的进水阀25,水箱底部有排污口20及阀21,用于清理水箱水垢,水箱离底1/3处设有洗涤水出口18及阀19用于提供洗涤用热水,也可用作洗澡热水,加热水腔的出口处有温控探头15,并有放空管14接通大气,温控探头用于控制水温,保证水在沸腾状态,向外输出热饮水(管28、阀29),冷凝管一端进一次水12,另一端(阀26、管22)与进水阀25接通,一次水经冷凝装置预热后,再通过浮球阀25进入水箱内,浮球阀用于控制水位,使水位保持在水箱中线左右。

1.一种多功能太阳能饮水机,包括机架(8)、水箱、太阳能真空集热排管(7)及与之配合的真空金属导热热管,其特征在于真空金属导热热管的上端(6)伸入水箱中部,水箱有内胆(1)、保温层(3)和外皮(2),其中部有独立的加热水腔(5),顶部有冷凝装置,冷凝装置之下有冷凝水汇流板(4),汇流板两侧有冷凝水出口,一个出口接入加热水腔,另一出口输出冷凝水,水箱中下部是加热区,设有水位控制器(24)及进水阀(25),水箱底部有排污口(20),下部有洗涤水出口(18),加热水腔的出口有温控探头,并有放空管,冷凝装置一端进一次水,另一端接进水阀(25)。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能饮水机,其特征在于上述冷凝装置是蛇形盘管(10)。
3.如权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能饮水机,其特征在于上述冷凝装置也可以是夹套式或排管式冷凝装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能饮水机,其特征在于上述加热水腔是蛇形盘管。
5.如权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能饮水机,其特征在于上述加热水腔也可以是夹套式或排管式。
6.如权利要求1所述的多功能太阳能饮水机,其特征在于上述水位控制器是浮球式水位控制器。
