本实用新型为一种节能火锅,它由底盘、锅膛、烟筒及炉箅组成。它的底盘上加装了可以调节风口大小的活门,底盘低而平稳。锅腔与烟筒的连接处为圆弧形。克服了清理食物残渣难的死角,烟筒形状的改变,相对增大锅膛容积和炭火热能的利用率,节能效果好,减少了煮沸水的时间,火势可以随意调节。该节能火锅外形美观大方,造价低,适合家庭和中、小餐馆使用。

一种节能火锅
本实用新型涉及餐饮用具，特别涉及一种用炭少、燃烧时间长、可控制火势的节能火锅。
现有家庭或小餐馆使用的涮肉火锅大多数是老式的木炭火锅，该火锅中央盛炭烟筒为鼓形，使锅膛容积变小，炭火热能利用率低，点火后，等候沸水时间长，同时底盘太高，用餐时，手臂抬得较高，不太方便。没有活门，火焰不能调节，另外，锅膛容器下部有尖角，捞取食物及清理食物残渣不太方便。
本实用新型的目的是提供用炭少、火势可控制、底盘高度较低、放置稳当的一种节能火锅。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的：一种节能火锅，由底盘、锅膛、烟筒、锅盖组成。所述的锅膛3与烟筒7成园弧接合，在烟筒7底部连接炉篦9，然后装在带有风口8及活门2的底盘1上。使用时，木炭6从烟筒7口放入，堆集在炉篦9上，在锅膛3内放入汤料4后，再将锅盖5从烟筒7上方套进去盖在锅口上。
经过实际使用，本实用新型确比老式火锅有如下优点：底盘低、放置平稳，用餐者操作舒适、方便、火势随使用状态可随时由活门调节，该结构热能利用率高，相同的燃料煮沸时间可缩短约三分之一，节省燃料。并且锅膛和烟筒结合为弧形，烟筒上小下大锅膛容积相对较大，无死角，捞取食物及残渣清理十分方便。
下面结合附图说明对本实用新型的实施例予以说明。

从图1、图2所示两种式样的火锅可知，基本组成为底盘1、锅膛3、烟筒7、锅盖5。本实用新型节能火锅的锅膛3与烟筒7的连接处为园弧型，捞取食物方便及食物残渣易清理，锅膛3的容积比较大，底盘1较低，放置平稳、实用。炭火直接从锅膛底烧，热能利用充分，煮沸就快，在底盘1上还加装了活门2，可以根据需要调节活门2的位置来调节火势。

1.一种节能火锅，由底盘、锅膛、烟筒及锅盖组成。其特征在于：所述的锅膛(3)与烟筒(7)成园弧接合，在烟筒(7)底部连接炉篦(9)，然后装在带有风口(8)及活门(2)的底盘(1)上。使用时，木炭(6)从烟筒(7)口放入，堆集在炉篦(9)上，在锅膛(3)内放入汤料(4)后，再将锅盖(5)从烟筒(7)上方套进去盖在锅口上。
