Abstract
本实用新型属于健身用品,主要解决现有健身用品存在的结构复杂、使用不方便,尤其是使用受场地、环境和气候等条件限制的缺点。本实用新型的特征是踏板的表面起有数个呈鹅卵石状且大小不一的凸块,该凸块呈规则或不规则状排列在踏板的表面。本实用新型通过对人体足部多个穴位的按摩刺激,达到增强人体对疾病的抵抗力,防治疾病,强身健体的目的。
Description
本实用新型属于健身用品，具体地说是一种通过按摩足部穴位进行强身健体的器械。
随着社会不断发展，工作和生活节奏亦不断加快，现代人已难以有整块的时间进行强身健体活动。针对这一状况，人们提出了多种健身用品，但它们或存在结构复杂、成本高、使用不方便的缺点，或存在使用受场地、环境和气候等条件限制的缺点，使得这些健身用品的推广使用受到制约。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、成本低、易生产、使用方便且不受场地、环境和气候等条件限制的足疗健身板。
本实用新型是这样实现的：踏板的表面起有数个呈鹅卵石状且大小不一的凸块，该凸块呈规则或不规则排列在踏板的表面。
上述踏板的周边有供将多块踏板相互连接的拼装接口。
本实用新型通过对人体足部多个穴位的按摩刺激，从而调节人体大脑，疏通全身气血、达到增强人体对疾病的抵抗力，防治疾病，强身健体的目的。本实用新型可随意搬动，随时使用，不受场地、环境和气候等条件的限制，即可单块使用，亦可多块拼装使用，既可在工作过程中作用，亦可在休闲时使用，同时本实用新型还具有结构简单、成本低、容易生产的优点。

下面结合附图进一步说明实施例：
踏板1可采用塑料、橡胶、玻璃钢和塑钢等材料制造，其表面起有数个呈鹅卵石状且大小不一的凸块2，这些凸块2呈不规则排列，其周边有拼装接口3，其外形为边长500mm、厚10mm(其中含凸块2的厚度5mm)的正方体形。
本实用新型使用时宜穿袜或赤脚进行，一般活动10-40分钟即可。
Claims (2)
1、一种足疗健身板，其特征是踏板的表面起有数个呈鹅卵石状且大小不一的凸块，该凸块呈规则或不规则状排列在踏板的表面。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种足疗健身板，其特征是所说的踏板的周边有供将多块踏板相互连接的拼装接口。
